  • This video covers some of my PTS flow bench project.
    I built a custom blower fan assembly that should give me 600 cfm at 44 inches of water column. That is more than enough for anything I would ever test.

      Thank You for that, It's why I do these post. I like to show people just what can be done if you put your mind to it. I always find a way to do something, some times good and some times not so good.

    by David J. Gingery"" ????? is this this the book by chance??? Cheers

    How did you balance the fan? Awesome project by the way , some guys just play golf at weekends.

      Right now, it's not balanced. I want to test it first, to see if it will need it. The parts were cut out with a water jet machine, drawn from a CAD program. So all of the pieces are identical. I have a static RC prop balancer, and I also built a digital prop balancer that I can use if needed. Thanks for the interest.
