I think mirrored heavens has already come out in some locations, but I'm hearing no one talk about it, even in anticipated release videos so I don't think you're missing much by unhauling those!

I had a few disappointing reads lately.
Promise of Blood, Leviathan Wakes, and Ancillary Justice.
The Greatcoats series is my favorite series of all time and I don’t want to read any of his other works because I’ve heard they don’t compare at all.
Books I loved recently: The Black Coast, Theft of Swords, and Red Sister. They’re all the first books in completed trilogies. 💕
Oh no, Ancillary Justice was on my future tbr but thankfully as a library hold (if I could find it). Maybe I won’t bother. 👀
'If I Never Met You' is great. I'm sorry, but it is. 😂 If you haven't gotten rid of these yet, I'll happily take it off your hands and will deffo pay for postage.
I'm lowkey proud of you for DNFing the Black Sun series. I didn't even finish Fevered Star.
I'll never get over how the Atlas series went downhill. It started so strong. Book 2 wasn't the best but it was still decent. And then book 3 happened. There's no excuse for that dumpster fire; it didn't need to be that way.

The Malazan Book of the Fallen is a great series, a couple of the books in it are probably some of the best books I've ever read, in terms of quality of writing, and world building
I don’t think it’s a series for me but it’s certainly got a fantastic fan base. 👍🏻

I dnfed Black Sun like 20% in. The Atlas Complex was such a hot mess, one of my worst read of the year. The second one was my favorite though. I have special edition of the trilogy and don"t know what to do about it since I loved the first 2.
I recently unhauled the first two books of the Malazan serie and it was so freeing ! The insistence of the fans saying you have to push through even if you didn't like the first one is so uuuuuggh. No thanks. I hated the way it was written (with characters just reacting to stuffs and never settling in their heads) and the super vague magic system. It took me 3 years to do so.
Ah, Malazan. What a relief to finally unhaul it - I’m refusing to start it because I think I’d be the same as you!
Oh no, now I'm afraid to read "The Atlas Six"
