- Pretend that finisher killed. Here's the one many people were warning me about. She is definitely really tough. I still had a tougher time with Xemnas and Dark Riku. Really fun fight though. Level 53 Critical Mode.

Even despite Saïx’s theme’s metal breakdown, Repliku’s bombastic intro, or the intensity of the low brass in Xemnas’ theme, I think of all of the data fights, Xion’s got the most powerful sounding theme

Xigbar's 13th Dilemma remix was the 2nd best one to Vector to the Heavens. I really liked that version of 13th dilemma it was very fitting for Xigbar. My third favorite going to data Young Xehanort. Especially when it matched up with his time traveling attack
What about Larxene's 13th Struggle?

I love how this normally sweet, almost demure little thing who looks like she isn't even 5 feet tall is the most aggressive, ferocious fighter of the bunch, basically attacking in a constant berserker fury with her sweet voice coming in what are basically snarls and near-ROARS...
It's always the quiet ones you gotta watch out for... they gotta let out their pent up aggression somehow...

Remember starting this fight and thinking this isn’t so bad, then I looked and noticed my health bar was half the size and the penny dropped. I died shortly thereafter
Don‘t know if you beat her yet, but if not:
-Keyblade forms protect you from status effects and give your taken LP back if you just transformed a keyblade
-That side effect is triggered by her blue light pillars which are blockable if timed correctly. It isn‘t even that bad, if you don‘t get hit a billion times. You have to play on Critical for a minute, but that‘s fine.
-Elixirs fix your health as well, since they heal status effects as well

@@LunaTomArwen The blue pillars decrease your health when they hit you. And as far as I know, on Normal the decrease just goes to the maximum of the Critical health bar. You can heal this effect with an Elixir by the way.

@@HaruKiyoshi643 Yeah, pretty much. From knowing that she was basically made to bloodsuck every bit of power from Roxas to getting erased from the existence, her story there is just a pile of sadness. Particularly not super fan of the conclusion of that game.

Honestly my favorite boss out of all the data battles. She's basically roxas on steroids, AND THAT MUSIC! Vector to the Heavens has never sounded more beautiful.
Honestly if sora could ever get in smash, I'd want this to play as a track in Smash Ultimate

Data xion's style reminds me of fighting data Roxas in 2fm when you stole his keyblades except xion has a keyblade to use alongside all those lasers.
Makes since.... since she was originally made to be a Roxas "backup" for the original Organization (she is even mechanically identical to him in every way in 258/2 Days Mission mode, with the exception of the duel wielding option).
And despite being an (imperfect) replica of Sora, there are no boss fights for Sora, making basing her boss fight off of Roxas's the next best thing.

This is easily my favourite fight out of the new Data 13, she's so brutal and desperate to win and without any "random element" in her fight at all, it's great
Xion being this op just shows how FREAKISHLY OP Sora’s true power is. You saw Roxas in KHIIFM and now Xion in ReMind. Sure Sora’s power got stripped away after DDD but his potential to get it back and become stronger than ever is still there hahaha!

@@Xenmaru00 We've seen on multiple occasions that Oathkeeper belongs to Roxas, Oblivion is the Keyblade best associated with her. Riku catching it and seeing her as well as Roxas getting access to Oathkeeper by itself in not only the manga but also via the Zero Gear in Days.

Xion was tired of the "Who?" jokes.
Even though I wish we got her true form from 358/2 in this fight, I think her main mechanic is actually really interesting.
She was made to absorb the memories of Roxas and Sora, her existence was weakening Roxas over time, so it makes sense that she can wear down your max health.
Those alternate forms were due to those funking machines set up in each of the worlds the boss fight phases take us to.
A One-Handed Roxas fighting style. I'm very happy.

Am I the only one that wishes that this is the real Xion we're fighting? Imagine having an ally that powerful and this is what she gives you in a 'sparring' match...
All the data fights are more or less the developers showing how powerful the members of the true Organization XIII are when they're at their peak performance, so real or not, this is how Xion fights at her absolute best.
The best part is getting your ass kicked in Beginner Mode, laughing, healing and then realising your HP bar is ¼ of what it was before.

This fight proves Xion is just as strong as Roxas, and not weaker
It doesn't and I doubt it. Roxas is on Sora's level, and Sora is just the strongest Keyblade Wielder.

Everybody is amazed at how fast and amazing Xion's moveset is but from Xion's perspective Sora is destroying her with fast and amazing movesets.

For those of you saying Xion’s fighting style is reminiscent of Roxas’, that’s because it *IS* Roxas’ fighting style. To a T. Canonically, Xion adopts Roxas’ combat prowess with one Keyblade.
Given that she was meant to absorb Roxas’ abilities, powers and eventually become a legitimate Replica of Sora, it stands to reason she has the powers of BOTH Keyblade Wielders.
Do not imagine Roxas based on this Xion. This IS Roxas’ style. Xion made Roxas’ style her own. Roxas developed his own fighting style, defaulting to two Keyblades as seen in the fights he’s featured in.
What you *should* imagine is XION with two Keyblades. THAT would be absolutely sick. Imagine if she developed her OWN style.
Might I add that Roxas is quite literally the ONLY Keyblade Wielder who can proficientlly wield two Keyblades for as long as he wants canonically??

In an endless growing sea of Keyblade wielders which aim to diminish what was once special. Roxas is still the only person to have two keyblades on him at all times.

I don't know if it was intentional but it's a nice touch that the Oblivion keyblade is being used here. According to the 358 days manga, the Oblivion keyblade is technically Xion's keyblade.
I mean was Riku getting flashbacks of Xion upon grabbing Oblivion not enough. On top of Zero Gear from Days giving Roxas Oathkeeper.

Explosion Sword sort of, AI is the same but damage you do is way less so it’s artificially harder in the sense that the fight lasts longer

@@Wayfinder137 yeah, the only problem is messing up some cycle during the fight and it throws you off of the rhythm for a short period of time, which can cost you the fight.

I never had a favourite boss but Xion was amazing she became my favourite altho i did die to her more then yozora but she still is amazing even after i finished the fight i went back to fight her again u did a great job this vid will help me do a no damage with her :)
I ONLY just realized that most of the combo moves in the Double Form leave tears on the ground. That looks awesome!

xion is one of my favorite characters in this series
Holy shit once you do this method and practice enough she becomes so easy! Only reason I say that is because if you follow this method she does the EXACT same moves in 1 specific order. The only time she breaks the rhythm is if you get hit or you're attacking at the wrong time. She's not like other bosses where every time you counter a move, theres like 4 different moves they could lead with and its RNG. Thanks for this Will!!

Xion, a clone of Sora which took the appearance of Sora's strongest memory during the data extraction: Kairi. Due to her existence she began to unconsciously siphon the essence out of Sora and his Nobody, Roxas. If not stopped this absorption process would have killed both keyblade wielders and left Xion with all their power and ability...
What is shown in this fight is the full potential of Xion uninhibited by her own emotional hesitation, a perfect weponized clone of Sora: "Organization Member XIV, No. i"
Her Org. Title should be *The Radiance*

Is there a way to reverse the status effect that causes your max HP to be temporary reduced without a form change? Does the Ensuma item work?
I think it does, actually I tend to cure mine with elixirs.
Panaceas work, as do elixirs.
Normal They asked about other methods besides form change.
The best thing to do is use a keyblad to get into a formchange and never use it to fight and use a different keyblade if ur hp got reduced go back to the form change and cure then go back to ur other keyblade to fight i used kingdom key for that cuz i wanted to block and counter if i wasn't too fast in changing between the blades
I think it says you can use potions. But I never made it to Xion so idk
No. XIV in the original Organization brought back as No. XIII of the True Organization...
That's a plot point I never saw coming.
Definitely gave me the hardest time so far, but looking at it, she's really not that terrifying overall. Can't wait to try on my level 50 crit file

I did only a no damage battle in my KH career, and it's Lingering will.
Then I have to admit I am not the right guy to attempt these battles, you have to remember every single attack and at the right moment, if not you have to do it again. And after a while my patience will considerably suffer
