Could I ask, when you are fishing up against the mangroves just before high tide, do you like the flow of water going into the mangroves or along the mangroves?
Hi Terry , both situations work, but if I had to pick one it would be running into the mangroves. Generally I’ll fish there as soon as there is enough water to get the boat in. Then move my way along the mangroves until I find the fish. So long as there is yabby beds, there will normally be fish somewhere
Where abouts do you fish ?
Mostly between river heads and Boonooroo
