- A Frost Sequence, is a continuous setting of three poems by Robert Frost (1874-1963)-Nothing Gold Can Stay, The Road Not Taken, and Stopping by Woods on a Snowy Evening. Written during the pandemic, “Nothing Gold Can Stay” encourages us to seize golden moments before the opportunity is lost.
