I am excited to have you back. I loved the skits and just was showing my teenage children How to be a Kpop Star. It was marvelous...especially as the dancing in the box is still so relevant.
When you yelled at Grandma to SHUT UP I instantly became sad for her. Then I remembered it was a skit so I got over it 😂😊👏
I'm much older than the two of you. My Grandma died in 2002 at 83 years old. OMG she also had Tiger balm. Her cure all was hot tea and Vicks vapor rub. I also lived with her from time to time. When I had my children, she said you come home. I seriously don't think she ever spoke a plural word in her life. Also there was no privacy in the bathroom. Treasure her and make as many memories as possible. Not a day goes by that I don't miss her. Thank you for this video, it took me awhile to watch. I'm glad I did watch it.
My Grandma gave my Mum aguardente for a toothache and my Grandpa thought it was a waste.

Oh my God! So happy you guys are back!! Thanks to you I got more interested in chinese culture and learn a lot. My quarantine just got better. I also can say I'm an Asian american, but a little bit different, I'm a japanese descendant brazilian so an asian south american ;). Thank you for coming back, missed you!!!
To be honest, if my grandma was here now, i rather eat her food than order outside. Chicken with black fungus (木耳焖鸡) was my favourite. Haw flakes!! one of my favourite snacks when i was a kid hahahaha.
But you sometimes want things like... Korean fried chicken.... bubble tea....
But gotta admit grandma’s cooking is always the best

Gosh this was so funny!!! I was stuck for the first 4 months of hard lock down in 2020 with my grandmother, but it was all good since I have not seen her in about 2 years. Liked the video. My grandmother is 82 and she tends to forget to take her coffee cup and little plate to the kitchen (she has done this since I can remember) after eating and every time I do the same my mother would just giggle and say 'You are your grandmother's child' since by the end of the day I would have about three cups and a plate at my desk XD

It's more on what my mom does though. When my maternal grandparents were still with us, my grandma loves cooking for us and talking with us. We laugh a lot with her. As for my grandpa, he's the silent and serious type, but I still love spending time with him while he listened to the news on the radio or when he reads the papers. I remember him always going out early in the morning just to buy the pan de monja (called monay in the Philippines) that I liked. With my paternal grandparents, I always spend time chatting with my grandma and she gives me allowances. With my grandpa, he would keep the fierce dog at bay whenever we need to pass by. I miss my grandparents. I know that they're watching over us in the afterlife. 🙏

Some of those grandma moments actually apply to me, but I am 41 so I guess that make sense. I don't eat out because I cook well enough for a home cook, and I'm mad cap crazy about home remedies and diy stuff.

Unfortunately my grandma is in China and she’s deaf. My other grandma passed away when I was young. So this grandma is my original character.

Whats with real estate? Whats with Asians in Real estate? Difference between real estate in US V AU ..... Mia ( beauty within) is doing realestate near me in Brisbane ( Sunnybank).
Deal with some Australian issues ....... we are up to our armpits in Asians in some places here ..... Mainlanders, Taiwanese, Vietnamese, Honkers, Singo's, koreans, Philipino's, you name it we got em.
Some places ( Sunnybank) you could live a reasonable life speaking only Mandarin, much easier of course if you have functional English. Lots of people come FOB with little or no English. It's interesting to see and hear them learn and their English improve. The struggle is real.
What sort of Jobs do Asians/Chinese people do? How does that differ from what they did in their home country?
SOOO many questions.
Oh one thing that would be realy interesting is what sort of houses do we live in, both now and where we where in the past.
