Is series ka first episode mein bana rahi hu No Onion & no garlic Home style Rajma, jeera Rice, Keri chunda, Aam Panna, keri ka achaar aur saath mein laccha pyaaz. Yeh lunchbox sirf 30 mins mein taiyaar ho jayega aur perfect hai busy mornings ke liye.

Ingredients:
Rajma - 1¼ cup (Soaked)
Black Urad Dal- 1/4 cup
Oil - ⅓ cup
Cumin - 1/2 tsp
A pinch of asafoetida
Green chilli, Ginger & garlic paste - 1tbsp
Kashmiri chilli powder - 1.5 tbsp
Turmeric - ½ tsp
Coriander powder - 1/2 tbsp
Tomato grated/puree - 4 nos.
Salt
Kasoori methi powder - 1 tbsp
Water - 5 cups approx
Butter (optional)
For Garnish- Coriander leaves
