    The breathing technique (this shows one whole cycle):
    - sit upright in any meditative position you prefer
    - close your right nostril with your thumb (bent arm and elbow close to your chest)
    - inhale through left nostril for 2 sec
    - block left nostril with ring finger
    - hold breath for 4 sec
    - release right nostril
    - breath out for 2 sec
    - inhale through right nostril for 2 sec
    - block right nostril
    - hold breath for 4 sec
    - open left nostril
    - breath out for 2 sec
    - block left nostril
    - suspend breath for 2 sec
    Do this for max. 10 cycles ;)

    Maam will this anulom vilom pranayam helps in the recovery of diseases like chemical imbalance in mind and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder . I am suffering from metal disease. Please guide me how much time I have to do this pranayam daily.

    How many seconds v have to inhale and exhale.. How many seconds v have to hold breath.. This s confusing for me

      Try 4-7-8 rule : inhale for 4 sec hold it for 7 sec and exhale for 8 sec....
      ( inhale all ur prblms in ur mind and exhale it through mouth..... You will feel relax.... 😊)
