the BLACK MADE TEST is over and it's time for the position battle! Do we think the groups were rigged or fair? They seemed a MESS and clearly production has picked their winners. Juwon? mnet straight up tryna hide Yuju, Sujung and Juwon. Meanwhile for Jungeun they are trying to create a narrative why she shouldn't debut which is BS as well. Whole show is ass. Only thing i liked about the episode was the chemistry between Yuju and Koko. They're holding everyone to different standards and its BS
Holding everyone at different standard is so accurate….ngl! And I dislike the judges most of all
I think each member will be fulfilling a different role in the group therefore the evaluating may not be as consistent, however, the editing is trying to portray said trainees in unflattering light, or completely give no screen time and that is BS - by now I’m sure they know what kind of group they want we just gotta pray our favs make it.

Honestly, I can't even fault Sujung for being more aggressive when Monika and all the other judges treat her like she's in SGF. She used to be more "idol-like" (for lack of better term) during Part 1, but she kept getting beaten down over and over and over again ("Sujung, you're not this. Sujung, you're not that. Sujung, you need to get out of your comfort zone. Sujung, why did you go for main vocal. Sujung Sujung Sujung-"), and so... and it's not like she changed a lot. I think the editing is making her reactions more severe and exaggerated because Sujung has always had a habit of saying stuff out of confidence that came come across negatively depending on the person (like when she was in GROUND saying she's a better choreographer than all of ILAND combined - which is true and it's really a good thing that she knows that she's capable considering the show and the judges are trying to break her down, but if she said that within the vicinity of ILAND, obviously they wouldn't have taken to it well)
Also, yes, it's true, Fuko hasn't shown much improvement from Part 1, but I don't think this one should be on her? I mean, were the judges not the one who chose which contestant performs which song? And are we forgetting Bad Boy?
Also also, this is less about the episode itself and more about how blatantly biased and bullshit the judges are - yes, we've known that, but I just realized: during Lovesick Girls, the judges criticized the team's decision to appoint Yuju as the main dancer for her rapping because "main DANCER" apparently - BUT they literally chose Saebi over Koko for IWALY's main DANCER position solely based on facial expressions (instead of overall execution of the dance... because main DANCER), chose ILAND's creative unit over GROUND's despite GROUND having a clearer, more polished and arguably just as, if not more, creative choreography, made the main RAPPER position unit spend 70% of their time dancing on stage and 0% of their time writing their own rap, and gave 77 to two of the best dancers of the show for... performing dance... in a main DANCER position performance. Thank you for coming to my TED Talk, I can't wait for this show to be over, please vote for Yuju... if you want to... and if you hate MNET... please...

All of them honestly performed great, but then theres Sarang... Idk, its weird how judges gave her a higher score than Jungeun, while complimenting Jungeun. Its like they want Jungeun to not feel nervous about her score 😭. Like you said, did they expect Sarang to go behind the stage, cry, and then drive a car back to the iland building? Clearly not. That was a very stupid compliment towards Sarang. Vote for Jungeun everyone!

Honestly, I don't mind ILAND 2's vocal line considering the standards of the kpop industry itself has changed since Produce 101 and 48 - stylized vocals are more common now than technical singing ability because the style of music and the industry's preference has changed since. At least, that's what I think.
What I do mind is the judges' lack of a strict and universal standard that applies to ALL of the contestants regardless of their skill level because no way in hell did Jungeun score and place THAT low when she's within Top 6 out of this round - you can't do much about the audience, but the judges are supposed to balanced that by being more constructive, but... nope!
It would be really nice if we got Jiyoon AND Jungeun together in the final group since their skills complement each other's, thus expanding the entire group's range.
I don't think so honestly, the top6 people wanted for runext was almost completely different than the one we got. But the one iland2 will most likely get, will probably have a decent amount of the most liked girls
Uh...Produce 48 came out as rigged so the line up that we got wasn't even voted in by koreans. And global fans couldn't even vote. So I would say produce was the most "lacking in options"
But in a way R U Next was worse because they made it seem like global votes would matter somewhat and they turned out to not matter AT ALL. They legally made it so the global votes would not effect the line up they chose.
So if I-land 2 doesn't allow global live voting, just know Jungeun never had a chance and mnet is scum.
Also Jiyoon is technically the best vocalist, she just needs to work on vocal stability while dancing. That said I still think the line up needs either Jungeun, Fuko or Gyuri to have a strong vocal line. (I would prefer Jungeun but...)

Jungeun and Jiyoon were seen holding hands after part 1 lol. They were bff again after part 1 and became enemies again as soon as they returned to I-prison? Msnakes are not fooling me with these scripted tension.
About Sujung, I can accept that the audience ranked her way lower than she deserves because of editing, but producers giving her 77 (and also Mai & Juwon)? The main dancer team wasn't judged for their dancing at all. I lost a lot of respects for Lee Jung and Monika after this show.
The favouritism this week was insane. Yuju is my 2nd pick and the way Mnet is trying to erase her is so sad :( And the colourism being present as always (I truly hate people sometimes) But otherwise, Jeemin ate, even since RUN I haven't seen her do that style so I was a bit concerned. None of the performances were that good for me, I didn't even have a favourite. And next week, we all know who's getting eliminated :(

@@teols5321 Well it's most likely to be Sujung and Juwon. Juwon gets zero screentime (Jiyoon's dad literally got more screentime than she did in the most recent episode) and Sujung isn't liked by the producers nor by fans after her incident. So it's most likely going to be them.

This episode infuriated me so much. Wdym sujung and juwon, two of the best dancers on the show who specialize in this style of dance, got 77s? And jeemin and saebi both got more when they still looked awkward while dancing? The favoritism is so obvious for both the audience and producers. There’s no way those scores should have been given.

There’s literally no way sujung was last because my eyes were literally following her during the money performance. I was hoping that she was going to doing the solo dance break but jeemin did it instead. Also how was mai the same score as sujung and juwon?? Girlie had little to no stage presence. Sujung and juwon deserved so much better. Saebi didn’t really stand out to me as well. Imo, Saebi and mai kept thinking that they could be pretty and pull this performance off. Yui and koko didn’t have bad chemistry, but koko got the better outfit and hairstyle?? Yui got the basics. She’s better than koko at rap, but koko outshone her just because the judges based the scores on dance instead. Also what is this all-rounder rubbish? The requirements were just singing and dancing, but isn’t that what idols do? And how was sarang ranked higher than gyuri when her voice cracked + gyuri had better stage presence?? Personally, my line up would be sujung, jungeun, koko, juwon, yui, fuko and gyuri/saebi. This show is absolute rubbish and the talents of the underrated girls are going to waste.
Idk if it's the case but I think each judges give a score themselves. So if the dance mentors give 100 maybe the vocal mentors gives lower. That way the average becomes lower. That's why we don't see 100 score.... It's the way I assume tho...

The fact that there was a 16 point difference between yuju and koko- like I think that even if you take the performance/dance aspect into consideration too where maybe koko was a bit better it is the main RAP position and yuju RAPPED better. Personally I think they should’ve tied at 96 (koko’s score) or gotten higher. Also can we talk about the fact that yuju’s choreo looked like it was there to support koko’s and that koko’s styling was way more fitting for the concept than yuju’s bc yuju’s looked super baggy while koko got like tight fitting leather ish clothes. Like at least give both the same styling??? Obviously 0 hate to koko I love her to pieces and she did an amazing job too (am currently voting both her and yuju). Make sure to vote for nam yuju everyone!! ❤

I was excited for this show tbh since Iland 1 was such a good survival show and I love enhypen and K (&team), but it has gone extremely south, like is BS the double standards the i-mates have while voting and is even a bigger BS the ones of the producers (someone explain me how did Juwon and Sujung get an score lower than saebi in a DANCING UNIT and in a concept they both fitted but saebi didn’t, or how the RAP UNIT looked more as an dance unit and the judges seemed to judge by that criteria since the gap between yuju and koko should not be that high in points if judging by rap performance).
I’m not going to even talk about how sarang got better points that half of the people with a voice crack or how jungeun deserved more points (same as yuju but different reasons basically), but the favouritism are clear and now can tell me otherwise.
