Im 25 any advice or something u guys would have done differently during your mid to end twenties ?
@@dilanyol9550 Set goals and set out to achieve them. Reassess if you change your mind, and don't be afraid to change course. Don't make your job your entire life, have outside interests and relationships that are completely unrelated to your work. Don't stay in a job that you hate and is compromising your mental health. If this is the case, make a plan to get out and do something else as soon as possible, don't wait years to make it happen. If you need help, reach out for it. There are plenty of resources for anything you might be dealing with, you just need to seek it out. Stay connected socially, and social media does not count. Realize that no one has everything figured out, and we're all trying to do our best. Keep an emergency fund, and invest aggressively now. At 25, I would also make sure that I have healthy habits that are realistic to stick to (eating right, exercising, getting enough sleep, etc.). Your body is the most resilient than it will ever be right now, so enjoy it and take care of it. Your future self will thank you. At 25 and younger, it's a lot easier to recover from things, and we can easily take that for granted. But this changes after you hit 25, so stick to healthy habits that are realistic for you to maintain in the long run. If there are things that you want to do or experiences you want to have, figure out a way to do them now. Don't wait for the best moment, because that may never come. If you want to travel, do it now. You can do it in the future as well, but it might not be as freely as you can do it now. Also recognize the things that are in your control, and if you aren't happy about something, change it. We have more power than we think we do, so keep that in mind. I'm sure I can think of more, but that's what I have for now.

In a brutal “what’s next” industry she has been insanely resilient and able to stay on top for more than a decade.

I understand what you mean to listen to when your body is ready when i was 35 i felt like my mind, body, relationship was ready for a baby. Now i'm a mom and i love it was a huge life change but i have no regrets. I lived very well before i had my child and i can say i was ready to have a different life with children. ❤

I was working on my homemade Health Journal as i was listening to this. And what inspires me most in life are not only my adventures that I take, especially the "f*ck it" ones, but it has also grown to be snowboarding. I think we really don't give our inner child enough credit. The things that we wanted as children and were interested in doing, there's a reason for that. And adventures can be expensive, and it is a lot of go go going. So it's not always ideal for me to always be taking an adventure. I'm not talking about travel. I'm talking about experiences. Sometimes when you do something too much it becomes a chore. It really has to be something you do every so often to break the routine of things, but when I was having heaps of health issues, chaos in my life, and just questioning my purpose I have found myself through snowboarding. I've always wanted to learn since I was a child, didn't have the money to, nor the time, until last year. And here I am. My progress is insane.
I'm 32 and I struggled with a lot of people still in my life, even at my age! I truly learned to understand the people that are there for you at your lowest aren't necessarily your people because misery loves company, and people want to see you do well but not better than them. The snowboarding community, the regulars at least, they're some of the most genuine and kind people. Everyone wants to see you do well. Everyone is so dope. Funny enough, THEY ALL JOURNAL! What a crazy world I stumbled into! For awhile I felt shy and embarrassed I had this introverted side to me, but then I found out that after every snowboarding session, these people journal just like I do.
And life started to make sense again, and everything started to fall together again. And now I don't feel the need to hide this version of me. While other people make it seem like you're an alien because you're an extrovert who journals or uses a planner. Or you mix two vastly different hobbies/passions together. People LOVE to put themselves, and others, into boxes. And I'm just going to say, those people aren't your people. They never will be. It takes time though.
I met the man I prayed for within this sport. I remember asking for specific things over 5 years ago! Manifestation really does work. It's scary! Cool but scary! I've been single for over 5 years. And it's just been absolutely beautiful getting to know each other and dating each other and having this passion we share together, that I can learn from from him. And he even says I inspire him. We just have similar energy, the same end goals, wants, values, etc.
Understanding life really happens exactly how it's supposed to and not on the timeline like you want, like you said a few times, is absolutely beautiful. That was a roundabout way of saying, snowboarding mainly inspires me, and of course my adventures! I recently got all my health results back from all my issues from the last year I'M IN THE BEST SHAPE OF MY LIFE. Every issue I had cleared up. And it's all thanks to snowboarding! And it is insane, and I know and believe things are just going to keep getting better! I'm excited!

Sister I have always been following you since 2019, a guy came to my life this year and I first thought to push him away from me and to not get attached to him. At first he was like 'oh I love you so much and I will never leave you, I am not like others you can trust me'. Months passed and I got feelings for him. Suddenly he found another girl and said he does not feel anything for me. I begged him a lot, I always kept my self respect and ego aside for him. But he left me crying when I needed him the most for support. I am 18 years old. And I really feel depressed.

I was always that silent viewer, haha😅I discovered your channel while in college and was struggling. Your videos helped me find the motivation to finish my degree and start my career. However, I honestly feel lost right now and second-guessing if this career is really for me. I think I'm experiencing the same phase that you experienced in 2012 (post-graduation+quarter-life crisis), but I'm trusting the process. Your videos remind me time and time again that life is an art and that we get to choose to make it our masterpiece.

I've been following you for years and really enjoy your videos. A small note: I've heard you mention more than once that "no one was talking about this" when you first started and I'd like to gently push back on that. Many people were, some of which were on CZcams as well.
Marie Forleo is one of them that I know you've come across as well, your comments on her old videos show up among the first few ones for me since I follow you. You've definitely created a lovely, special community that I'm glad to be part of, but so have many others on here, some before, some after you, and I can't see how claiming you or X or Y were the first helps or inspires others.
Omg yes! I discovered Marie Forleo around 2015 after I started my channel, and I really looked up to her. Before I started my channel, I couldn’t find any “huge” CZcams channels talking about life design, in a lifestyle CZcamsr format. I had only found spirituality channels like Teal Swan & Ralph Smart (Infinite Waters), but I was aiming to be more practical than the more spiritual (and “woo woo” at the time) channels. At the time, I put Marie in the category of a produced web show bc her quality was like a talk show but on CZcams. Like “Oprah for the web generation.” I was trying to present these personal growth topics in a CZcamsr format like the beauty & lifestyle CZcamsrs were doing at the time. Kind of long to explain but that’s why I just cut it short in my explanation haha.
