I've said this before and I'll say this again. Fines on first offense should be adjusted to 10% of the value of the vehicle (adjust for inflation for the current year) the driver/riders were caught in. And not just bus lane violation, but for all violations as well.

Suggestion to improve the edsa carousel even more, implement 15-20sec or less loading time for the buses, especially when not rush hour. Most of the time I see multiple buses stuck in a queue at a single station because one bus is waiting for passengers for a very long time, blocking all the other buses behind.

If you are wondering what was the old brt lane it's always the right most lane puv lane as indicated in the overhead signs. Perhaps they should try making it stricter. If MMDA copies Los Angeles metro BRT buses on the motorways like I-110 & I-10 it would have been opened to the motorcycles but not cars.
