    My daughter had her twin 7year olds there yesterday after school. I’m housebound so it was lovely for me to see where they were! They had a great time and left about the same time as you and Lucy said it was indeed starting to get very busy then. Loved the video. x

    Great video and brings back fond memories of being back home. One of those places that you have to ignore the cost and enjoy the day out, if it does get a bit too much you could always 'Whack a Mackem' to feel a bit better about it all....We have the Pacific National Exhibition (PNE) here in Vancouver, much smaller and even more sodden costly. Nice touch at the end being escorted out.....

    Brilliant video again Eddie, 9.9/10.
    Would have been 10 oota 10 but you said "chav" at the last hurdle. A proud Geordie lad like yasell should kna that "chav" is a diluted term from the Geordie word "Charva" . Meaning, tramp, wrongun, untrust worthy person. I might be wrong but it comes from romany travellers, worth looking into wor kid.

    • @TynesideLife
      @TynesideLife  Před 2 lety +1

      I’ve lived all over the UK and the only place to say charva (in my experience) is here. The original term is Chav but who’s going to quibble… it refers to the same type of person.
