    A big strategic advantage for Russia is that Russia is not an economic burden to its "supporters" like Ukraine is to its allies. Instead, Russia's "supporters" themselves benefit economically from the "support" they give, as Russia pays for the things it gets from them.

So unless a country can continue to balance itself and fall into any of its traps within its ideology governance, then doesn't matter what ideology it is doing, it can be successful.

      I’ve heard a lot of that happening with the NK ammo. People don’t realize how in today’s world even a fraction more or less of propellent can mean anything from under/overshooting, inconsistent lateral drift in wind and at worst destruction of the weapon permanently. Which of course can be replace but tell that to the troops on the ground with a giant paperweight or no eardrums.

      A reason behind these facts of North Korean equipment, is that the workers in a communist state have no incentive to do more then what they have to do, it spread corruption with no incentive, and workers are likely to do anything they can to do as little as they can, for the only thing they get in return for work. This is the same issue behind the low quality and lots of errors done by Chinese workers, where even inside of China they fake things if they can get away with it, steal and do things like scoop oil up from the sewers and garbage cans, to serve their fried food to costumers and mix cheap, poisonous things into food elsewhere and even into cement made to build high rise buildings and highway systems. The only incentive is to do things fast, to get the pay back to the only ones they really care about: Themselves and their closest family members. Incentive to do good work, not just work itself, is much stronger in free market democracies. Hence quality rises, and innovation increases, leading to superiority.

    One detail missing is the tunnels between China and North Korea, under the Amnok river. North Korea is a ridiculously poor country with no industrial infrastructure to speak of, which should raise red flags to anyone hearing news of their nuclear tests, their balistic missile program, or the fact that it has the largest submarine fleet of any country except the US. North Korea also has impressive numbers of treaded and wheeled miltary vehicles, when in fact they can't even produce rubber tires. The elephant in the room is that all these things come from China.
    North Korea is a vassal state of China's CCP; they only have a head of state because China needs North Korea to look like an independent country. The role of North Korea, in case of a China-US war is to be the third guy that pushes the button, to keep the US occupied for some time while the PLA looks to see how that goes. The role of NK in a war is basically suicidal: To take on blame away from China for starting a nuclear exchange.
    Back to NK helping Russia; this is obviously a way for China to send weapons to Russia while pretending innocence. Basically, all that NK sends to Russia will be replaced by China, through the Amnok river under-tunnels.

    I don't get what our issue with Russia is supposed to be. Of course I hate the idea of the Chinese social credit surveillance state or Shia Islamism or whatever the hell North Korea is, but really I don't have an issue with Russia's politics.

    It’s not just 🇰🇵‘s dud rate of approx 40% that’s a huge problem. Even w/non-duds, due to uneven levels of cordite (propellant) in each shell: a) they often explode destroying the artillery piece and kill or injure Russians b) damage and/or increase wear rate on barrels injure and c) with uneven propellant you can’t predict how far they’ll fly making them mostly worthless.

      You literally have no proof of this.
      How would you know the success rate of North Korean artillery rounds??
      It's not like North Korea is reporting information like that.
      And there is actually no evidence that has been presented to support any claims that Russia has received anything from North Korea other than Blinken saying so.
      But I guess if you believe the lies of the western mainstream media, then it's pretty much possible to convince you of anything.

    Your assessment of the 238 is wrong. The 238 will be easier to hit because, unlike the 136, its jets will give it a thermal signatures the Stinger can easily track. We’ll see many more MANPAD and aviation shoot downs of the 238.

    • @DoporaBHe6o
      @DoporaBHe6o Před 4 měsíci +1

      238 costs less compared to manpad.
      it’s economically not sustainable, just like using AA rockets against 136.
