You know, if everyone who complained about the officials actually signed up to take the entry referee course, we wouldn't have a shortage, and maybe they wouldn't sound like they had no clue how the sport works.
I have watched this official a few times in games you have filmed. He definitely lets most things go (as a fellow official, I would have stopped play immediately for that head injury @ 12:30 with a drop ball to white after she has gone through the protocol). As a player, I got to know most of the refs I went up against. Especially once you reach a certain level, you tend to have the same refs over and over. Do the parents forget this?
Both players have a right to go up for that ball, but when the player in white hit her head off the turf HARD with it snapping back...you stop play. That's in the rules. It's not a foul...it's an uncontested drop ball restart to white after the player goes through the concussion protocols.
