- 1kg beef stew
- Oil for frying
- One onion, chopped
- Half of a green pepper, chopped
- 2 carrots, chopped
- 2 tbsp crushed garlic
- 1 tbsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp steak and chops spice and 1 tsp barbercue spice
- 50g tomato paste
- 2 beef stock cubes
- black pepper n salt for taste

So I mistakenly made Pork stew with this recipe (I can't tell apart beef and pork when it's frozen and when when it is raw😅). The pork stew was amazing. I can't wait to actually cook beef with it 😅😂🙈. Thank you ❤
Easy to differentiate pork is white meat and beef is red meat

It looks yummy i wanba try it im used to tenderise my beef wash it nd drain water then i heat oil and add my meat fry it till golden brown with all my beef spices,add onions,garlic,ginger fry it till tender then add my peppers if im adding greens add them also fry a bit then add soy sauce then lil bit of water with minestrone soup to thicken the soup nd simmer it 5mins

I start by browning my meat and I dissolve beef stock cubes in boiling water and I add potatoes and peas as well as chilli

You may add them with your carrots. Remember to cook in low heat so they don't break and become mushy ❤️
