Having 4 guys go sub 2 is solid and they had all four at 1:57 or faster....very impressive.

Not to shabby. Ran nationals 3x in 97-99 as all sophomore team ran 752 then down to 744 and finally 743. Best time ever was 740 outdoors at Penn got 2nd there and met bill Cosby. Time of my life with my teammates. Number 1 800 runner was my teammate so that helped a lot

pity they didn't show the splits of all the anchor legs. big time performances all around by these squads. sub 7:50 indoors is no joke

Milesplit has the full breakdown, with individual splits.

@@danalawrence4473 thank you Dana. i know milesplit does this (worked for them once). i guess i was trying to make a prescriptive suggestion with regards to the livestream coverage. i think its awesome they were giving individual splits (usually i'm stopping the stream and then doing the splits myself, so this was a pleasant surprise!!) really happy with the change and hoping to see it done more thoroughly outdoors :)

To make sure they dont come off during the race. Seen it done once or twice before at a meet.

@@cartoonpower0 Not a bad idea to make sure the laces don't come untied. A guy I coached did that because he would get distracted seeing the laces bounce.
