Leader of Learning is a website, podcast, and blog that explores transformational leadership in education. It is where educators can come to find inspiration to transform education through effective leadership. It is a community where educators can realize their leadership potential regardless of their position or title. What originally launched as just a blog and was improved with a podcast has now evolved into an educational movement and community of educational leaders who are poised to lead necessary changes in the field of education in the United States and beyond.

HI, the app started having some weird issues a few weeks ago. Tree lines of text appear at the same time. Also it not compatible anymore with Zoom, for some reason the mic does not work when both app are running. What could be the problem?

You can use this offline right? I was told this one you could. And sometimes I'm not by a place with internet. I'm really hoping to find something that can be used if internet is out. Thanks. (And if it did work offline would you have to install individual language packs separately and individually first for it to work?)

Thanks for the really helpful video.
I tried using it for the first time in a teaching setting yesterday and the students couldn't connect despite having the correct code and barcode. Is there a problem if there is time delay between starting the conversation session / generating the code, and actually starting to speak please? The app had lost connection, despite strong internet signal.

Can you have a live feed? ie. have a speech/presentation translated, rather than short back-and-forth conversations.

Yes. Even in conversation mode, it does not have to be an actual conversation. It can just be one person speaking, like a speech or presentation.

The "app" is only available in app stores (Apple App Store and Google Play ). I was using the Android app on a Chromebook since it can install apps from Google Play. However, you can use this program on a PC by visiting translator.microsoft.com.
