That unexpected heavy storm after heatwave warning ⚠️

We had heatwave warning till evening. Temp went up to 96F.
30 - 50% chance of light rain was in forecast after 6pm. But the reality was unexpected. Light rain started by 4pm and then a pretty heavy storm with lightning and thundering by 5:30 pm was truly a wonder especially after a heatwave!
