I'm currently experimenting with new tools and ways to improve the microphone quality and ease the editing part of the videos I create. And of course, things aren't perfect as you can hear in this video. You'll hear some weird increase and decrease of audio in this video, which wasn't intentional. Sorry for that!
Will be improved with future videos! Hope you enjoyed the more speculative video :)
If i were to pick any title on the switch 2, it would be a sequel to astral chain
That’d be awesome, haven’t seen anyone talk about it
i think furukawa already said that the release is planned for after april, so no March release
Thanks for doing the comparison between Wii U, Switch, Switch 2 and Xbox
It was really helpful to understand their relative ability since I'm not very tech savvy
Full agree on new MK, 3D mario and Metroid Prime 4 since they'll want to reel in every demographic. I also think they'll probably grab some releases from Capcom, Square and Koei Tecmo to fill it out since those companies have come fully on board. Reckon Monster Hunter early on since it's a free win
I'm one of the weird ones because while I do enjoy raytracing to a very large extent, I don't think it should be implemented in the Switch 2. Not because it's bad, but I'm not sure how Nintendo would use it as an "interactive" way of playing other than making their games look good.
BUT I do think 4K (or at the very least a resolution about 1080p) should be absolutely implemented, but not for the main Nintendo games- rather so 3rd party games could run without the need for a Cloud version.
Well from what we've heard, is that the T239 will have 12 RT (Gen 2?) cores. So it's just a matter of implementing it or not. Once again, mainly to show off what the new system is capable of. And the Switch OLED dock already supports 4K. Heck, the current Tegra X1 is 4K capable, but Nintendo used only 4 of the 8 available cores, which is the reason we haven't even gotten 4K support for something like simple YT videos. And Digital Foundry made multiple tests with a 2050, which should be around the power level we are talking about here. Though keep in mind, the T239 will have a more modern architecture and newer tech using. So with DLSS enabled, we could play games in PS5 settings at 30fps. All of that is really exciting! Especially with 12GB or LPDDR5 and 120GB/s on bandwidth. That is fantastic! Devs had always those 2 problems with Nintendo systems for a long time. Now they aren't issues anymore. I unironically can't wait to see games from Monolith and Retro Studio on that system now :D It looks like under Furukawa, Nintendo isn't cheaping out on hardware. Also considering that times have changed, because Nintendo is... just straight up the richest company in Japan rn. So that's that. I'm hyped for sure. Games like FF7R, Elden Ring, CP2077, Tekken 8 and more shouldn't have much issues to run on that system too! I think we will see a ridiculous amount of ports in the first year, all things considered.
@@SparksOpus Yeah, and Nintendo can barely have a functional online service.
They still need og switch games xenoblade x please come to switch my wiiu is in storage
Xenoblade Warriors !
I think it will cost $4-500
Metroid’s best bet of selling well is to just release this year, it’s just doesn’t have the legs for being a launch title and will be caninalized by MK9
Might sound crazy but I think it would do best as a year one anniversary title like once the system has gotten a little more established. It would suck to wait that long but I feel like once the system has sold enough units, it would do well.
Huge Mario fan here, Nintendo Kart is an awful idea.
We already have Smash. I want to race through Mario Worlds and play as my favourite Mario characters.
I do not wanna lose the chance to play as Kamek or Funky just so we can play as a million Fire Emblem characters and Octolings 💀💀💀
Pokemon has a history of releasing their games late in a system's life, and I expect that to remain the case for Pokemon Legends ZA
Unlike the Wii u, It will be really strong so I imagine at least a dozen on the day one launch. And probably over 60 by the end of the first 12 months
