- The very finest that German cuisine has to offer. I'll show you the secret behind it, that's how you do it perfectly! Not even the baker gets it so good. Raisins are part of a long-standing German tradition. I inherited the recipe for this from my grandparents and now I want to share it!

Ingredients:
Dough:
20 grams of fresh yeast
200 ml lukewarm milk
2 tbsp sugar
1 egg
50ml oil
pinch of salt
450 g flour (type 405)
Filling:
100 grams of butter
4 tbsp sugar
110 grams of flour
100 grams of raisins
For smearing:
1 egg
Bake: 180°C / 356°F 25 mins.

Greetings to all from Western Kentucky! I have a seven year old granddaughter! We call ourselves “The Cookers”. Together we have made three of your wonderful creations. We closely observe your methods of work and learn from them. From your recipes my youngster not only learns to be a better “Cooker” she is learning about fractions. But more importantly she is learning about the decimal system and how to go back and forth between the two. We put our thumb print in each loaf of bread.

Чем она немецкая отличается от русской? В нашей Кулинарии-всегда были булочки из дрожжевого слоеного теста-класс!Красивые и очень румяные,просто сказка!
