And would you add requests of additional content needed in those emails as well ? Thank you!!!

I'm in daily communication with one of my clients and when I began posting content for her, she said that she wants me to check with her before I actually post it. There's just parts about her business and her services that I don’t know.
A few days ago I posted a reel for her and she said that I should change the video text and the background of that reel.

Firstly, it's important to get to know all parts of her business, as you cant market it if you don't know everything and you need to have clear boundaries set out in your contract and content approval process for how you both want that to look like

Hey lovely check out nira.com/templates they might have some on there otherwise create your own in a google doc. Ask about the brand, their business goals, what they have already tried and what has worked and what hasn't. :) Hope that helps

Is there a way to grant access to a personal page on my linked in account. I was able to grant access to my professional page but not my personal page.
I would use lastpass for this. Your team can log in but not see your details and you can remove access at anytime

I get too overwhelmed with the fact that there are so many project management tools for social media managers. I am relieved that I can still use Google Drive and Gmail for this onboarding process and communication with client.

Hi Nadine, I have one question. Please help me out. "When we give a certain start date on the contract then the client will expect us to start posting from the first week itself. But it is a bit tricky when we are first starting out with a client, because in the first week we also need to get the questionnaire from client, formulate strategy, create content calendar and then actually create the content. So in this situation how to communicate the same to the client that we need 2-4 days of buffer before we first start posting and also how to put that in the contract?"
No you need to make that perfectly clear on the call and in your contract what they are getting and the time frames, it is down to you to explain how the partnership works.

It all depends on you. If you do charge a late payment fee it needs to be written in your contract.

Hi Vipul, thank you for your question. It depends of course on experience, your skills but a SMM should be averagely charging from $300-$2000 per month depending on package and I don't recommend to charge hourly.
