In this routine we highlight two things. On the one hand, its economy and clarity. A constant in all of Gabi's magic: Economy without loss of clarity and clarity without loss of economy. On the other hand, the search for the spectator's dissociation from what they know and what they feel. In the second phase a sensation of Deja Vú is created, where, despite the fact that reason knows where everything will lead to, there is nothing at a sensory level that makes them feel this outcome. In the first phase, the senses and reason are harmonized, which allows them to follow the linear development of events, through the gestural clarity of the Ascanian handlings, which culminate in the sensation that the volume of the packets change when fanning them. But in the second phase, which needs to be formally identical, the spectator already knows what will happen! They have a previously acquired knowledge; that of a magical outcome. From here their faculties are dissociated. Reason follows the linear order of events but it's not in harmony with the same sensations provoked by the gestural actions (which are formally identical) ... and yet ...

En este juego destacamos por un lado su economía y claridad. Una constante en toda la magia de Gabi: Economía sin merma de claridad y claridad din merma de economía. Y por otro lado la búsqueda de la disociación en el espectador de lo que conoce y lo que siente. En la segunda fase se crea en el espectador una sensación de Deja Vú donde a pesar de que la razón sabe hacia dónde desembocará todo, no hay nada a nivel sensible que le haga sentir dicho desenlace. En la primera fase sensibilidad y razón se armonizan, lo que les permite seguir el desarrollo lineal de los acontecimientos, a través de la sobriedad gestual de los manejos ascanianos, que culminan con la sensación generada por los abanicos de que el volumen o densidad de los paquetes disminuyen y se acrecientan. Pero en la segunda fase, formalmente idéntica como requisito indispensable, el público iya sabe lo que ocurrirá! Tiene un conocimiento previo adquirido, el de un desenlace de carácter mágico. A partir de aquí las facultades se disocian. La razón sigue el orden lineal de los acontecimientos pero no en armonía con las mismas sensaciones que la secuencia gestual formalmente idéntica genera... y sin embargo...
