  • Are there times you feel deep in despair?
Perhaps it has gone on so long it has become a constant state of depression?
I have found that it is possible to be at the end of your ability to cope anymore and find your way back to a hopeful and happy life.
In fact, research has shown that over 80% of people who come to understand the true nature of our human experience were still in a state of emotional wellbeing and having significantly better relationships with their family and friends 6 years later. In other words, it is a lifelong transformation, Alhumdu Lillah.
There was a time when I was so depressed it was affecting me physically and spiritually to the point I really had no will to live. Alhumdu Lillah I have not been back to the dark place since experiencing my own transformation to a state of true Tawakkul. I truly believe that Allah is not going to burden me with more than I can bear and find I am able to navigate His tests with resilience these days.
Here is what Pamela had to share about her experience:
“This was a profound transformation in my life. It was like I discovered a treasure in the depths of my mind. It illuminated the pathway to my recovery from depression effortlessly. By understanding that my thoughts create my reality, I regained control over my mental landscape. Rather than battling my emotions, I learned to navigate them with grace and ease. I finally had the tools, and found something to help to cultivate a sense of peace and joy from within. Alhumdu Lillah”

Assalamaleykoum I just want to share with you the tafsir that I learnt about the ayah "Allah doesn't bear a soul with more that it can't bear" it's here referring to responsabilities and duties towards him for example praying, fasting etc so we could not say "Ho sorry allah it's too hard i can't do it" but its not refering to hardship for example lot of Muslims die from suicide or cancer that they didn't overcome. I understand your message of hope that you want to share but I think it's incorrect to understand this ayah like this . May Allah forgive me if I'm wrong, barakallah afk
