Johnny Gandelsman performs violinist and composer Christina Courtin's new work, "Stroon". The piece was written for Johnny's "This Is America" commissioning and recording project.
This performance was presented by Chamber Music Pittsburgh.
"Stroon" was generously commissioned by 2021 ‪@VailDanceFestival‬, Damian Woetzel - Artistic Director.
"This Is America - An Anthology 2020-2021" album comes out on July 1st, 2022.
