- Vindaye poisson/ Fish Vindaye is a traditional dish of Mauritius. You can eat it hot served over cooked rice or accompanied by bread but it tastes even better the day after! Keep the vindaye in the fridge overnight. It’s a great cold lunch or starter on a hot day as well.

1 Tbsp Turmeric, 1 Tsp ground Mustard, 1 Tsp fenugreek seed powder, ground garlic.

put mustard grains in a blender and blend
