This was super helpful! I’m getting the Multi Cinch for Christmas and I’m learning so much from you! You explain everything so well. Thank you! 🎉 Your projects are just lovely, too. I can’t wait to go find all of them in the play list. I hope you have one on that Alice journal you showed. I’ll check. Also, yes, the mini cinch and multi cinch can only use 5/8 (.625) inch diameter coils. I have seen some CZcamsrs who say they’ve used 1 inch coils in the mini crimp section and then just use their hands to finish bending it closed. I’ll have to try that at some point. I decided on the multi cinch because of the variety of punching options. Thanks again, you’re a wonderful teacher! 🌈🩵🦋🥳🎉
Thank you so much Shelly!! I need a reason to buy the multi cinch. Or I need my husband to get it for me for Christmas. 🤣 I have the full Cinch and the disc cinch and those cover the main types I would use.
Does there multi close the wire loops? I have avoided looking too closely because I think I can talk myself into buying it if I do. 😂😂
@@LVHandcrafted Yes, it’s just like the mini. It has the cinch mechanism on the back to close the wire loops, but only closes diameter of 5/8 inch wire loops. I’s the same size footprint as mini and the cinch disc tool you own. Only the multi cinch allows you to swap out the hole punching mechanism with different cartridges that allow you to make round holes, square holes, heart shape holes, disc/mushroom holes, and one that punches holes for spiral bindings, plus a couple more. They are sold separately tho. It comes with the disc cartridge and round hole cartridge. And you have both of those options now with your current tools. You definitely don’t need it or need it immediately. 😂If you do decide to get it, watch the sales because full retail on the cartridges can be expensive. I got all my supplies at three different places based on sales.

This was really useful thank you. I had put the punch board into my basket but now you have sold me on the mini cinch! There wasn't much detail on the website I was looking on and so was struggling to compare the two to make up my mind which was the best for my needs :)

@@audlemcrafting Does HSN ship to the UK? That's where I got my multi-cinch from and it's the best price I can find to get all the different punches. Because they are sold individually otherwise and they are EXPENSIVE. LOL
