I have depression for 5 years but this song really helps me a lot
Sometimes crying it out is a healing experience........ don't resist even if you feel like crying out a 100 times over the same thing.....some wounds take years to heal.........the only guarantee that they will heal is when you allow yourself to feel ........your body needs to release that pain at the cellular level.....and crying is one of the ways.........i have been listening to these tunes by choice because I want to let it out........I'm recovering from my trauma-depression for 2 years now.....yes, i do feel the pain of the wounds......but now i allow myself to feel by choice....because i want to give my wounds their space........remember, it's ok......this will eventually give you depth as a person....you will see this as you heal...

I suffer from mental illness and depression so it is really hard for me to be normal I have tried to commit suicide several times but nothing works for me I listened to this audio it made me think a little bit normal I can finally go to public schools instead of online schools since my brain is kinda working now thanks for making this made my life way better.
