I have been 100 p recent carnivore for 14 months. Nothing but eggs, rare steaks and butter.
I had chronic high blood pressure and stage 2 kidney disease when I was eating carbs, fish, nuts , grains and low fat.
Since going 100 percent carnivore my blood pressure is regularly 117/76 or lower. I eat all the fat and salt I want, and my kidney numbers have VASTLY improved. I no longer need medication for my blood pressure.
If you check out the videos and hard evidence from the carnivore community, YOU WILL SEE THIS as not an isolated incident, but very common.
Sorry, the low fat, low salt, veggies and grains approach does. NOT work. It doesn’t solve problems, it causes them !

I found out It was determined that I had Kidney Disease stage 3...I'm a Viet Nam grad. with extensive time in the field there...Would my time in the field open my VA claim to being presumptive to Agent Orange Exposure ?...PS. I also have Hypertension

You should consult and take test with your primary care doctor and then he/she will refer you to a kidney specialist.
