    I love the clarity of your videos. That is how it's done. Thank you for the education.

    Yet another very helpful tutorial this remarkable editing software. So much to learn but your videos are so inspirational and easy to follow. Thank you.

    nice video and good explanation especially of density and feather but I find using the brush that works on branches and hair does a better job. If you use density you are reducing the strength of the modifications of tone and color.

      yes for most cases the brush would be ideal. Density, and feather would be an alternative in case it fails for whatever reason.

      Glad it was helpful. I only found about this panel's features very late as well. Surprised how ON1 doesn't explain this even in their official manual! 😃

    Great video. Please consider one dedicated to the Color Range masking option. Thanks.

    Thank you , I think 😇 . Note to self: Do I really need to relearn the On1 way; + the newer stuff ? . I have often said many newbies make photo editing harder than it is or needs to be by having too editing apps.
    Dynamic contrast ; now that is one smart little tool that I missed when I gave up on On1 in 2019/20 (??)
    Thanks; I will have a look at few other videos while I contemplate

      Maybe some just want to play with software 😃 I do agree you don't need too many tools if your subject looked great in the first place!

    It's really too bad that they're focused on adding "tricks", instead of fixing basic usability problems. I bought and paid for this software, and downloaded each new version,
    only to find that the same problems are still there, each time. Has no one else noticed that thumbnail images (in the library view) are often shown with the wrong colors,
    and that they don't update, when changes are made in exposure, and other things? This alone makes the program unusable for me.

    • @takebetterphotos8132
      @takebetterphotos8132  Před měsícem

      Sorry to hear these problems. Just to undertand, why do you require the thumbnail images to be very accurate?

      @@takebetterphotos8132 90% of my shots are taken multiple times, at different exposures, so that I have the option of fusing and/or tone mapping them in another application. (Photomatix) When I can't see which images are under, over, or properly exposed, it's quite confusing, at least for me!

      @EElgar1857 thanks for the feedback I shoot multiple exposures as well. It is such a chore to organize. I place the exposures in various folders to maintain my sanity😊 But will observe this flaw for future reviews.
