    is the sim card alot top or bottom slot and is it micro?

      SIM slot location is on the right side of the front of the screen.
      It is on the left side of the back of the screen.

    The video and music audio works but with the calls in carplay I don't hear there some settings that you must activate or deactivate I have the most recent version

      It may be that your phone is connected to other bluetooth.

    Hello. Everything was working ok until I put the car in reverse. I didn’t switch the reverse camera to OEM in the configuration. The display shows the reverse camera screen for external camera when car is in reverse. However when I put the car in drive the display says no input and then the screen goes black. From there I can not do anything to get the screen to show anything. How do I get it to display the Home Screen where I can get to configuration menu? The screen is not showing anything and does not react when I touch it when it is black. I have also tried shutting off the car and turning back on. The screen turns on, doesn’t show anything.

      If your backup camera is an aftermarket one. Please select the aftermarket camera in the settings. When you enter the forward gear, nothing is displayed. It may be because you have used the front-view camera one after another. Please deselect the F-CAM option in settings.

    I have a small issue where the audio and video are not synchronized when I play videos from CZcams or using HDPlayer. The audio is consistently delayed by about 2 to 3 seconds compared to the video. Is there any way to fix this?

      Yes, NTG 5.0 hosts must use USB to transfer audio, and it does delay it by about 2 seconds. There is no way to fix it yet.

    I have a SIM card installed and it was working fine for months, now the SIM card option in settings is greyed out and it’s not reading the SIM card sometimes. Any fix ?

      You can try changing a sim card to test if there is a 4g signal strength display in the upper right corner of the display. That means the Android device is working normally.

      @@tyanedaley1480 Please change the SIM card when PEMP Android is shut down. If there is no 4g signal bar in the upper right corner, it should be a problem with the device itself. You can try Recovery once if it still doesn't work. Please send your purchase order number to our after-sales service team (service@pempcar.com) to solve it for you.

    I have no android sound. I have ntg3.0. Have tried everything except updating the mcu. System tells me there is no mcu file to download. Please help

      Yes, you need contact our after-sale team(service@yeehung.cn) get the 220510 version mcu to activate your OEM aux menu.

    Hi. How connect front cam ? I connect cam rca to video in and cam 12+ no signal :(

      if you want install the front camera,
      Step 1. open the front camera function in the factory settings.
      Step 2. connect the front camera video to the android's FF-CAMERA IN; Connect the power to the camera +12v;
      Step 3. you front camera must is a AHD format .
