This isn't exactly the video I was meant to make, I had made it much more interesting with more pictures and visual effects but due to a technical problem the file was unfortunately damaged. The forest is clearly a metaphor for the psyche, or part of the human experience. The human spirit will always seek and never find, never achieve an eternal peace or utopia. Despite accomplishments or wealth there is always a nagging sense of lack, of loss. We all feel this way at times because we are human, and we are bio spiritual beings trapped in particlized, limited bodies. Chew on that one lol.

Song reminds me of when I was in the Army skiing in Austria. Happy memories of black runs on the slope with the headphones on listening to this haunting and beautiful song. Hard to beleive that this is now over 30 years old....

IT was extatic, a Real experiment for the mind and the soul. I remember me all dressed in black with this music max volume through my walkman hearphones. Old And Young people, we have so many things to share.

J'ai tellement plané sur cette chanson, leur meilleur tube, à une époque où j'étais fan de gothico-new wave au début des années 80. J'étais allée les voir en concert à Londres, on était tous défoncés. C'était une musique qui nous transportait dans la 4ème dimension, on fermait les yeux et on planait à 15 000. Avec ou sans défonce, la seule musique suffisait à nous transcender. Une autre époque. Putain, que je regrette cette époque.
