I have those same floor mats, there actually really good
They are! They faded a bit on me, but they keep the water from wet shoes off the floor.
It is good to pre fill so u don’t dry start the car.
Use motorcraft synthetic blend oil 5w20

Changing the oil on my 2017 for the first time myself after my free oil changes expired.
I have the little access flap that allows one screw (THAT THE FORD DEALER LEFT OUT) to give easy access to the filter. Wonder if that's a performance pack thing.

Jolene unfortunately died in spring of 2020. She was hit by a drunk driver while parked. No one was injured. But she was totalled after a short life of 26k miles.
That said I heard about the tick and I was convinced I had it (there was a slight tick but nothing like what people were posting), but I think that was the internet putting ticking sounds in my head.
The whole panel does not need to come off. There’s a door on that piece

((Does anyone know of any good shops in South Jersey for a Shifter change or installation???)) I am already looking at the MGW I think.. I was checking out the Steeda, and Barton too.. But the Barton is Noisy shifting from what I have seen in vids.. The Only thing about the MGW is it only bots to the trans and not the body to, There are a couple that do both.. IDK yet really.. Still looking and can't spend any more money on myself till after the holidays.. OH Yeah and My GT just has a Flap you can unscrew just one bolt and get to the oil filter on mine. Maybe different. Maybe that is what you saw the guy do? But anyway I am looking for some one in the South Jersey area to put the shifter in for me.. I am not getting under this car on Jack stands at 50 years old, I still can But I am Not LOL.. But if Any One knows of a Good Speed shop near please let me know thanks...
Does your car a PP1? Might explain the access panel.
As for the shifter, mine came with the Ford Performance short throw shifter stock as part of a package. It’s really nice and isn’t loud. It doesn’t vibrate or shake. Very smooth and notchy.
