- I’m alive, been a while since I did this kinda video. With the new Fire Emblem game out, I wanted to do so once more, since these are the main videos people know me for nowadays.
For this series I skipped one of the Shez forms to avoid showing the same, or similar convo twice. But worry not I will do a full male Shez video later to make up for it.
It’s worth noting that few characters have 3 supports together. And that some of them only show on certain routes. Quantity over quality, I guess? Warriors Three Hopes definitely had long supports for the smaller number, so I leave that up to you to interpret.

It was interesting seeing these new supports. In the original game, Petra was always very kind, calm, and composed, with some small showings that she may have a darker side to her. In Three Hopes, these subjects were much more apparent, such as her being passively aggressive to Hubert, or even yelling for the first and only time at Caspar. It was nice to see more depth to Petra.
I’m happy she isn’t acting like a “Flawless Token.” A character without human flaws is a bad character.
@@raphaelsorel6907 I don't think she was flawless in the Three Houses either, she a few flaws, but kind of like with Claude, they aren't as obvious when you compare them to the many other students.

Her Constance supports might be my favorite and I wasn't expecting that, very good.
Petra’s supports in this game have really impressed me, a lot of them are really compelling memorable, and have made me appreciate her more as a character. Her supports with shez, ferdinand, caspar, and constance are all highlights for me

Her support with Dedue is good, damn shame she has to leave the empire for it. But I'm so glad to see best girl with so many good supports. Especially her support with Dorothea reaffirming they're precious to each other!
She works incredibly well with a lot of characters and works in honestly any route. Yeah yeah why should she remain win the empire--because her friends and Edelgard treat her with absolute respect and care and that working alongside will also free her country from vassalage anyway. But that same motivation works with the kingdom and alliance as well-she's very smartly written to account for recruitment, but still fitting in her original house.
Logically she should leave the empire since she is a prisoner/hostage to them, she also mentions in her Dedue support that she wasn't treated well as a hostage, which is sad 😔
@@shadowsquid1351 except she was always treated well by Edelgard and Hubert. She even confirms it to Shamir in their support in the first game.
@@wanderlustwarrior she is a hostage regardless & when she defects, Edelgard says she'll have to change her stance on Brigid. Watch Petra's support with Dedue & you'll see that she was not treated well in the empire.

Petra's support with Edelgard is great. The way Edelgard reminds Petra and Dorothea that they don't have to fight and are free to leave, and both Petra and Dorothea affirm that they choose to stand by Edelgard's side... Honestly, it would've made sense if one or both of them couldn't be recruited away from Edelgard's side. Possibly even moreso than Caspar being unrecruitable.

I know that Petra leaves the empire for her live but then she acts against the empire so aggressively when you recruit her to another route for me Petra also should have been exclusive for the black eagle. When you recruit her in the kingdom in the battle she goes for vengeance. I find Petra as someone more loyal that people like Anette or Sylvain
Petra’s loyalty is always to Brigid first, heartbreaking as that fact is.
