- Limon, now 37, is accused of planning the shooting death of her husband, Robert Limon, who was 38 when he was shot to death in a Tehachapi rail yard on Aug. 17, 2014. She is on trial for first-degree murder and could face a life prison term if convicted.
Her former boyfriend, Jonathan Hearn, now 27, has admitted he fired the fatal shot. In exchange for his testimony against Sabrina Limon, prosecutors reduced the murder charge against him to voluntary manslaughter. He pleaded guilty to that charge and will face a 25-year prison term.

He was a "brilliant killer"??? He was caught on video at the gas station and Salvation Army. He was caught on wire phone taps almost confessing. He unknowingly let every one of her friends know he was seeing her. And when they warned him to stay away he defied them. Immediately after he murdered Rob he was seen by witnesses driving to her house with flowers. Parking his extra large grey Ford and his distinctive motorcycle in her driveway. He wrote crazy texts, and letters to people showing his guilt. Staying all hours at her home only weeks after he killed Rob. He may have studied hard and gotten good grades. But he was anything but brilliant.
Her facial expressions at 41:40... rolling her eyes, smirking, and making faces at the jury. 🙄😐🤨😏🙂

And what was the prosecutor talking about when he asked Sabrina about her contact w/a Tiffany character who let Sabrina in on the fact that she learned from a cop there were two suspects being looked at and that wire taps were being placed. Was this purposely leaked information in order to see what Sabrina & Jonathan might do next or did this cop leak confidential information?

@@isabellind1292 Im my opinion, the evidence pointed to her guilty leaving no reasonable doubt. Could her original defense lawyer could have done a few things better? Probably. However, it was the evidence that got Sabrina convicted, not her defense. Whether she took the stand or not. It was her own text messages and actions that got her convicted. Her new lawyer needs to shut her damn mouth. Sabrina is guilty! Simple as that.

I think it’s her way of pretending she doesn’t understand things and to appear innocent. Which to me it makes her appear like the liar, manipulator and idiot she is.
I think she made a horrible impression. An innocent person would not have long hesitations and been so guarded with each and every word. Her lawyer was bonkers to put her on the stand. She removed any doubt that may have helped her case.

So…..if you upload pictures of yourself, husband, children and friends, at various fun locations to FB, you couldn’t possible have conspired to kill your husband. Not understanding what the purpose of that line of questing was to illustrate. Or her tears. Because cell phone records portray an entirely different prospective.
I have no doubt that if the "Tiffany" woman had not clued them into an arrest that was soon coming and especially possible wire taps, they would have had proof of her involvement that she could not explain away as discussions regarding her affair. I hope Tiffany or at least the cop who ran their mouth about a private investigation to her, got into trouble and made aware that they were the reason that this woman spent 3 years free after planning her husbands murder.

What type of defense is that, well I have photos so therefore I am not a killer?
Ive seen alot of murderers crash and burn on the stand when being cross examined but I've never seen one that because of the overwhelming amount of evidence of their guilt that they crashed and burned just as bad when being questioned by their own attorney. It's obviously no coincidence that she refers to her husbands MURDER as "losing Robert". If anyone from Rob's family happens to see this, I am so sorry for what these two criminals took from you and the ppl who clued them into their phones being tapped should be sued for doing something so stupid that it ALMOST helped this woman get away with MURDER!

I do not know what that woman is doing on that stand, I think her counsel had lost his mind , but I do think that Mr. Terry is completely convinced that his client is innocent.
Interesting. I can’t decide if he thinks she is guilty or innocent. The weakness of his case speaks to both. If he thinks she’s innocent then he didn’t have to prove much and If he thinks she’s guilty then he knew they’d lose. Either way she handed the DA her fate by testifying.
For me: the interview where she admits to learning Robert “didn’t suffer” and her being excited “they don’t have anything” is what convinced me. Her whole defense is that her life was too good for her to want it to end and it was so bad she had to have an affair = the contradictions helped to convict her.
He knows she’s guilty. I think we are all naive tp think defense attorneys actually believe their clients are innocent. I think, from the attorneys I’ve heard speak about cases, they know it’s a RARE case to get an innocent defendant and it’s scary af because that’s the nightmare for all da’s!!

@@dabneyoffermein595 According to Hearn's plea agreement to "manslaughter" (2017) he got 25 yrs. Since he was 24 yrs old at time of murder, he was considered a young offender and therefore can be considered for "youth offender parole" after serving 14 yrs. Bottom line, he'll probably be free by the time he's 50 yrs old. He should also be serving time for the cruel and senseless poisoning of a defenseless animal...he's a psychopath!

there could be a reason sabrina would not get excited if the detective says .....WE HAVE OUR MAN. and then they should a video of jonathan at a gas station buying a soft drink. if she is lovers with jonathan and the police think jonathan did it, then she may think "well, since I was cheating on rob with jonathan and they think jonathan did it, then they probably think i was in on it." that may or may not be true, but these are the rebuttals that sabrina's lawyer should have made. it is clear she didn't trust the detectives at all so it's completely understandable that she may not have much reaction to anything they tell her.
You know the story, the path is well-worn. Sabrina tempted Jonathan with the "Forbidden Fruit." They both suffered narcissistic sociopathy to the extreme. In a perverse way, it was a "match made in heaven." What could possibly go wrong in a relationship ordained by God?
