For the first demo I've chosen the Pro Kettlebell's 16 kg kettlebell (prokettlebell.com/online-stor....
There are three athletic levels (AL1, AL2 and AL3) so far and all types of challenges are to be done with ONE kettlebell. You can choose from three options of kettlebell sport activities:
    1. Snatch
    2. Clean and Jerk (C&J)
    3. Biathlon (Snatch and C&J)
On this video I am doing AL1 Biathlon 100% = R25%+L25%+R25%+L25%, which means that I must complete 100 repetitions with 16 kg kettlebell 1600 kg (about half the weight of an elephant) or 3530 Lb (about twice the weight of a Clydesdale horse).
One hundred poods (100 poods) need to be completed in less time possible:
    Snatch Left 25% (25 reps) + Snatch Right 25% (25 reps) + C&J Left 25% (25 reps) + C&J Right 25% (25 reps) and get a total of 100 poods.
If you are interested in participating, I would be happy to count for you and present my Online Judging System - all you need is to schedule a video conference in Facebook Messenger (@Mikhail Marshak - / mikhail.marshak ) and get your first FREE TRIAL.
The 1p00d Challenge will begin on January 1 of 2022.
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

I've developed this timer/counter, but in order to use it the athlete needs somebody to push the buttons. It works on any desktop or laptop.
