- A Redhead MTB Park Original Production: To most people, Chisholm, MN is barely a dot on the map. But this small town on the Mesabi Iron Range once provided the ore that built the tanks and planes of WWII and the skyscrapers of New York. Chisholm built America and the people prospered. But as time went on, the demand for Chisholm’s ore declined. Now, the community and industry that built this town are banding together to revitalize a forgotten piece of America. Can Chisholm make the leap from mining town to outdoor capital?

This is a beautiful film, well done. -Your new neighbor on the Range. For some reason this area just doesn't have the brick and mortar support of human powered adventure sports like other places I've lived. It's oddly cultural. Good to see stuff happing development-wise.
You have some great trails at Redhead. Looking forward to what's next and seeing how it revitalizes the area. I've made Redhead one of my regular riding destinations and I'm sure others will too.
Super well done video! Hope to check this out when I'm in the area next. Always looked at those pits from Highway 169 driving up to Ely in the 90s and wished there were trails there. Cool that it has now happened!

Will be in that area next month. Being 61, those trails look pretty challenging to me. Is there anything paved for us not so adventures riders. Would love to visit the town.
