Tuchel's complete record at Chelsea is 100 games played 63 won 19 drawn 18 lost . He won the CL on the way, his win record is 63%. Only a massive bias can conclude Poch has done better at Chelsea than Tuchel. Bias can lead to wrong decisions.
The issue with Tottenham this season. It only takes a single player from the first XI to be injured or lose form and the house of card collapse. If only single player was injured/suspended you feel that halved the chance of getting a result. You would hope this would be address next season with Ange signing. Injuries/suspension/international duties stopped the momentum after the Chelsea game. When the players return from injuries they didnât return at the same form as prior to injuries and this in combination of players realising they donât have a long term future at the club leading to drop in motivation when initially they were all being pulled in the same direction at the start of the season.
Ange is making signings to win the SPL, forgetting he's now competing in the EPL
In his defence, Levy isn't going to pay for players to make spurs winners
A-League all stars 8 v 0 Newcastle academy players. Food for thought.
You say about having no worries about Sheffield Utd away, didnt Spurs struggle to beat them at home?
Thanks
Re: Fulham. I think a distinction is made of rotation and discovering a squad and deliberately losing game. Even the 9 changes there wasnât deliberately trying to lose the game. It was similar where Celtic lost to Bodo Glimt where a heavily rotated side lost the Europa league. There is a distinction between deliberately losing a game and not trying to win an individual game at all cost with prioritising long term goals which all manager make. The Fulham side was picked with the goal to win while prioritising exploring squad depth to see whether they can suit the system and make decision whether they should be sold or not and resting players for the league.
Re: Ange being ITV pundit at the Euros. Ange was previously a pundit at Foxsports during the wilderness years where he was unemployable after the infamous Craig Foster interview. There was story where he won an interview to coach the A-League side and then when the board watch the interview they withdrawn the offer. Ange was essentially blacklisted to coach in Australia. He essentially did tactical analysis of A League games and national team games during his punditry years. It helped him remain in the national consciousness where his name was still relevant where he could have slide to obscurity, people could see him doing tactical analysis and knows that he knew what he was talking about and gave him credibility. So when Brisbane fired Frank Farina for drink driving Ange became a credible and publicly acceptable choice for replacement when previously he was considered a joke and a has been. His appointment wouldnât have been acceptable by fans if it wasnât for the pundit.
It is curious that he is doing this when his career as a manager is assured and stable when the last time he was a pundit there was a realistic chance that he could never work as a manager at a professional basis ever again. My speculation along with him enjoying punditry work is is that this is him future proofing his career in England and developing a public profile so that if in the future he does leave Tottenham he can be a popular choice in another job in England. Ange had a footprint among football fans in Australia but in England he is still relatively unknown. While people may be familiar with him in press conference, there are no discussion of tactics, there have been a lot of critiques that he is more of a motivator relying on good vibes rather than tactical knowledge. Him doing tactical analysis publicly may well address that critique and give him credibility as someone with good knowledge of the game which he doesnât have currently in England.
You are dilutional you have no idea who ange is you have total disrespect for this manager I like to know where you have played and who have you coached
@@user-lx8gs1on8zweird
It's impossible that Ange thinks he can win with Spurs it's pure PR.
Biggest mistake spurs made for me is we should've sold Dier, Sanchez (and possibly more) in the summer and brought in both VDV and Tapsoba
Like a lot of Spurs fans, Mathew is in la la land. It's going to get worse, not better.

8th. not pretty but not THAT bad either.
Interesting: the table suggests Chelsea Newcastle and United are back in the top4 race for next season. Spurs are 8 points off top4. Palace look strong but Villa crumbled a bit like Spurs.
edit sorry YT converts the goals column into time links, I dont know how to stop it đ
Stop spewing trash .
8th is about right for next season.
Comparing last season at this season is redicules. Last season spurs had 1 manager, 1 assistant manager and a make a wish manager but still had a similar record to this season
AND HARRY KANE HOW MANY GOALS DID HE SCORE LADT YEAR? ARE YOU PEOPLE DILUTIONAL?
Negative Negative Negative
What's the positives, positives, positives? Tell me?
You people are putting your 2 bob in yet I don't know of one of you experts have ectualy played the game at a high enough level or coached at a high enough level I don't think so
5th place was a huge positive..."Judge me on my 2nd season"...Remember?
â@@kevinmaher3662in the context of the season not really. Team fell apart.
Stellios we are signing Timo. You are now ange out
Time stamp 30:13 HERE COMES THE TRUTH
First lie: Worst defensive record over 38 is a lie. Most important stat is goals conceded, but they dont show up on Stel's slide. Very disingenuous again. Basically EVERY STAT IS WRONG!
Second lie: we had 3 clean sheets in the last 27 games not 2 like Stel believes: 2-0 at Forest, 4-0 at Villa, 3-0 at Sheffield. 3 clean sheets.
Third lie: We had 2 away wins in 2024: At Villa and at Sheffield, not 1, its two!
Fourth lie: We went out in the FA cup in the 4th round, not in the second.
Fifth lie: over the last 27 games we are 9th in the table, not 11th
Sixth lie: since Jan the first we'd be 8th in the table as shown in my other comment below.
Stel, do you like to comment? just a slip? laziness? or pushing an agenda?
btw love the show & stel otherwise I would not bother to waste my time here. but you really got be more accurate man
He got an agenda as far as i'm concerned, and he is purely negative in his support for Spurs.....even if we wins well he will find more negativity than positivity.
@@miktoh I acutally didnt mean it THAT serious. Of course, I know his agenda, I just want to bother him a bit đ
If he wants to get through with his view he has to be 100% correct with his stats. imo.
Ange doesn't like ange he tries his best to always rubbish him this bull about I'll support the manager is double edged if ange fails it will be I told you so if ange succeeds he is still on the good books he isn't silly if the coach wants a player it's for a reason this timo out and all that time I think stel won't be happy till he gets PEP and half the man city players to tottenham the only thing is then it won't be tottenham
Mathew talks alot of sense and you can tell on stelios face he doesn't like what he hears from mathew
@@user-lx8gs1on8z you mean Stel doesnt like Ange?
Stel deffo doesnt like Levy. I told him before that it will emotionally cloud his judgement with anything attached to the club. Manager, players, everything. The weirdest statement is, when "he" signs Werner, then Stel is Ange out. Stel even pretends to be stupid. He knows very well how this club is run, and gives Ange two choices: to walk away or to get sacked. He would prefer Ange doing a Conte and blow the whole thing up
Mr box office is recycling points made earlier by others..and claims there his points?đ
