@@I_dont_judge_but I think that's possible but I think since they made a point and special scene about the $1million dollar donation its also possible that a breakthrough could occur to help her to live. The title could be referring to the end or just all the tears leading up to it
@@markc6785 The thing is all of those with cancer that got treated died after a few years because of it, so even if Hae-in gets treated at the end, it would still be vague for the audience since it's not unexpected for her die later on too
@@I_dont_judge_but Thats why I have been saying all along that I expect an open ended finale. (BTW - all those that died were before Hae In's huge donation for research) I'm just saying that if they want to go with a happy ending this would be the logical reason they could use
