I hope Butch and Mr. CameraMan do a Let's Play on the game when it comes out.

Not sure why the video was cut short, but Danny was impressively well designed in this game. In current high level play, he appears pretty balanced; not OP and not weak either. Moveset wise, I'd change just a couple of things, but overall it's very fitting for the character: he has at least two ice powers, his green colored projectile, the ghostly wail, Fenton thermos, his ghost tail (seen during specific attacks), ring burst, several flight based attacks, is very mobile, etc. His intro, taunt, and outro are also perfect as well. Whoever designed him deserves a kudos indeed.
Developers said every character's move is a reference to something, and this seems to hail true for Danny. I can pinpoint references for the origins of almost all (or maybe all) his moves, and that's without having rewatched the show in so many years (outside perhaps an episode or two). Just been looking up random scenes on CZcams of the show, of course with some leftover memory of my own.
There's also a possibility that his series will get at least one new DLC fighter, and if that happens I hope to see another video here uploaded about it.
That is the reason why I got Nickelodeon All-Star brawl on my Xbox one and my switch! And Danny Phantom the reason I got it, because he is my first favorite Nicktoons character!

Don't feel too bad about those Avatar games taking over, Butch. I can vouch for the handheld ones not being that great. However, on the same system (GBA), I have very fond memories of The Ultimate Enemy video game. Never played Urban Jungle, though. It's a shame licensed games have almost no chance at remasters lol
I've played both. Btw in the urban jungle game the undergrowth level is hard.

(2:39) Butch endorses Danny's model in this game that's really awesome especially since lots of people on Twitter and CZcams keeps saying Danny looks ugly in this game but I heavily disagree and I'm on Butch side considering the budget the graphics are amazing lots of love was put into it and I'm glad Butch is proud of it

I can still you right now Butch, Danny phantom: Ultimate enemy for the gameboy advance SP was and still is one of the greatest games I’ve ever played. I watched Danny phantom when I was 9 all through its life and it’s difficult to compare anything as awesome as that creation! P.S I bought this game solely because of Danny and he is the only character I play. Promise!

That was a nice and interesting clip Mr. Hartman. I'm glad that they still care about Danny. And I hope that Kitty Katswell (and maybe Dudley) from Tuff puppy do appear too in this game!
I Would love to see Timmy Turner in All Star Brawl if he come as DLC then I will buy him.
I have both The Ultimate Enemy on the GBA, and Urban Jungle on the DS; both are very fun, in my personal opinion, despite the simplicity of them. It's interesting to hear that there would've been another game if not for Avatar.

Spongebob can be unbeatable as an invertebrate sea sponge, he cannot feel pain from a punch. Look it up for being in a fight with Son Goku.
Wait, do all his attacks in this game just "hit" and do nothing else? The freeze move doesn't temporarily freeze you? The thermos doesn't pull you in and hold you? That's disappointing.

Honestly that'll all probably happen in a most likely bigger budget sequel to the game later on thankfully.

I know you have expressed that you would like to see Danny phantom come back but do you think nickelodeon will ever actually bring the show back? like there is a petition with over 17000 signatures to bring the show back but I doubt that will sway nickelodeon, but I want to know what your opinion is on then bringing back the show.
Danny Phantom is the only character of Butch Hartman’s creations to be in the NASB series. Why can’t they put Duddly Puppy or Bunsen in the game as playables?

Every platformer is Mario
Unlike all the other Smash clones, this one has serious promise to it as the devs have previously made their own Smash-style game that was well received by the competitive Smash community.
