MW 2019 felt way better than MW2, MW3. If anything COD has gotten worse and worse. Im beating a dead horse here but COD 07-2012 was peak and it only got worse year after year. Can not believe people still buy the new ones.
If you hate MW19, you are in the MINORITY It was far from perfect but it pulled COD back into the mainstream. Campaign was amazing and MW19 Warzone was the best version. People argue they were separate but they really weren’t. WZ used all of MW19 assets. The ground war maps made Verdansk. The weapons, perks, engine were all the same MP had bad launch maps and loud foot steps but the post launch maps were solid, movement was crispy, weapon and perk variety was great. Kill streaks actually were deadly. Gun Fight, S&D and Ground War were the best MP modes. The maps all felt better in search than respawn. If you played respawn then you probably hated them

Back in the Golden Era guns actually put in more work than they do now. How do I know? Cuz 1,2 or at most 3 attachments was the limit. Try putting only 2 attachments on your gun now and it’s still dog 💩 cuz they design weapons to be crap unless you put 5 attachments on them. That’s *terrible* gaming philosophy.
MW 2019 is my second favorite CoD after Black Ops. Black Ops birthed my love for the AUG, while 2019 added to that love. I'm going to reinstall it later today and play it until BO6 launches.
This game was solid. My only gripe is when they started to sell out on their serious tone, and flooded the store with dumbass skins that didn’t match the games aesthetic. Seeing jig saw and Rambo running around was dumb, and I wish the developers just stuck with the serious grounded military theme they started with.
I dont know if I'm weird for this but i tpyically play cods that already gone through their lifecycle because you're getting all the content like maps and guns and all the sweaty players have already moved on to the next cod.
@@Harry-tm3ck Mw19 and Cold war are pretty descent game in 2024 but they do have their problem like mw19 most of the maps are awful (except Gun runner, Hackney Yard, and Chesire Park) and CW's scorestreaks system is so bad that I think Cold war wouldve been better off if it had any streaks. It just made higher end streaks nearly impossible to takedown because mostly likely have air patrols too.

I came up with wall bang classes w the snapshots, I learned the attachments pretty well to make a good gun, and met so many cool friends on that game because the Covid thing... etc. the game had issues like every game does, but wasn't a bad game in my opinion. praying for a game to feel like SnD did on 2019 and I cant seem to find it lol.

This is probably one of the worst-designed CoDs from a gameplay perspective but I have fond memories of it. The new engine helped it feel fresh and it definitely kept me entertained during COVID.
I don't give a fuck what blame truth thinks, this game brought me back to Cod. I have more hours on it than cold war and vanguard combined. I've played since MW2 2009, I rushed in this game, I just played shipment and shoothouse lmao. I got Damascus as well. This is the game my dad started on, he also got Damascus as a 60 year old man. Definitely hate so many of the maps, design decisions etc. But the campaign was golden and the game was just pure quality in every other aspect.

You know how I feel about this game wan, I’ve said this before and I’ll say it again… WORST COD in the franchise. This game and MWII killed the skill gap, it wasn’t even SBMM/EOMM the game was just designed for bad players. I noticed this looking at my friends list when the game was out, I usually sit around a 3-4 KD and I had a few friends that were the same way, I topped out at a 1.68 & my nearest friend was a 1.4. The maps sucked, not a single good one, the ttk was blazing fast (hit your shots if you don’t like slower ttk) the footstep audio promoted camping, the prestige system was removed and replaced with capped seasonal prestige and finally they decided to put dead silence on a timer. This game was literally the polar opposite of cod, and on top of that incompetence ward plugged their ears and didn’t listen to anyone. Good riddance, this is the only cod game in the history of the franchise that I will NEVER go back and play. Nuff said. *EDIT* I almost forgot about no red dots on the mini map to help the camping scrubs 😂💀 the only positive about this game was the graphics. It looks amazing, even compared to new cods.

Imo cod was never the same after black ops 2. The games from ghosts onwards were mostly boring but modern warfare 2019 imo is the one that took that to a whole new level. Game’s just unplayable for me now, but the series is doing as well as it ever has so clearly it’s liked enough.

I like to believe that most of the sweats hop on to the next new CoD every year. Yes you will still get some sweats on older CoDs but they aren't anywhere near the levels at what you're use to and I like that. Playing Mw19 while watching this. While it's not the best CoD ever created, it just feels fun to play. They could've made just a couple of changes to make this game great! For example, they could've added red dots on the minimap or made footsteps quieter. Unfortunately, I didn't play the prime time of Call of Duty (2007-2012), so what I have to deal with today upsets me. I hope that someday in the future, Activision will get new leadership and a person who really understands the community. We just have to keep fighting and don't back down no matter what.
Yes it is the worst call of duty ever. Oversized maps no gunfire in the minimap no dead silence extremely fast TTK nothing but people camping in the back of the spawn on head glitches. Yes this game is by far the worst in the series along with mw2
It probably is the best of the Modern Warfare remakes, but that isn't saying much because I still would rather play any of the three original games. I've played CoD for about 15 years now, so some might say it's just nostalgia, but I genuinely believe that CoD is far past its prime and glory days at this point. It is crazy to think that this game is celebrating its 5th anniversary this year and we've already gotten two sequels. The 3rd one shouldn't even exist, or at least I don't think it should've released yet. They should have spent more time with it and maybe saved it for a 2025 or 2026 release instead of releasing it only a year after the second game, and it's clear it was going to be DLC, but that's a whole another thing that I could get into. I never wasted $70 on it, thankfully.

I play 2019 *only* to troll people. I have *maxed out* my block list because the majority of players I have are *clones of myself* camping with shotguns and claymores or *unemployed gigasweat virgins* so it’s definitely not casual in mine unless SBMM throws me a bone.
i really enjoyed mw 2019 but i don’t have much of a say because i only played gunfight and shipment 24/7, then when those got taken away i would spend hours playing infected because its really fun on this game for some reason (probably the maps because of how overly complicated they are)

@@Myselfcod Fast ttk is bad. That makes the game easier for low-skilled players. But yes, mantling was extremely slow in mw19, slide canceling was not faster, and the tac sprint was not faster. If you go back and play mw19 you will be surprised at how clunky it feels. You have to push 3 buttons every time to slide canceling in mw19, it’s clunky. In mw3, mantling is way faster, the tac sprint is faster, you slide further, slide canceling is more streamlined, and it had a higher ttk which is good. The only thing you said that was valid really was that sliding resets tac sprint, which was a broken mechanic that forced you to keep slide canceling every 2 seconds which got old and wasn’t the intended way to travel around. More tac sprint would be nice, but it shouldn’t be infinite and you shouldn’t be forced to slide cancel every 2 seconds to get around. MW3 has pretty perfect gameplay, people just remember mw19 as being better than it really was.

Objectively faster than mw3, and then the stim boost was way faster than mw3’s. And you said that it took 3 buttons to slide cancel and yeah it did but it’s you’re making it seem like the buttons were so far apart no. It was o-o-x and reset your tac sprint. But now since there is no bhop and slow drop shot everyone spams slide cancel which is just o-x? And doesn’t reset sprint. Not much a difference. So then you said slide cancel is slower and sprint is slower but there is no way I can or you can prove that it is slower other than you just saying it. Everyone says mw19 sprint and slide cancel feels faster. And you said slide cancel got boring but like I said so did mw3’s because there only is slide no sprint. At least mw19 had bhop better drop shot faster slide cancel and reset sprint and faster stim boost but yes the mantle is slower
My KD has always been atleast 1.30 on every cod. Or more. Mw3 is the first cod where my KD is 9.4. I only ever play search might I add unless I'm unlocking stuff in hardline. I think this says a lot. Mw3 is so full of sweats that its almost ruined call of duty. Imo.
@@Maxinator.09 Yeah because it uses the same engine and everything. However, mw3 is still a full game in its own right and it has a ton of new content. If it was a dlc, it would still be worth like 50$ ON TOP of already owning mw2. Instead they made it its own game for 20$ more with a full new set of maps, full new set of guns, new campaign (kinda bad), and a new zombie mode (surprisingly good). The only mw2 in this game is in the aesthetics, but that just means the game looks incredible, has great sound design, and has amazing weapon animations. In reality this should’ve been what mw2 was but it wasn’t… but it’s here now and it’s definitely a good cod with one of the best cod multiplayers ever.

As much as this is a controversial title you can see they put some heart into the game. The campaign is good & it the graphics look better than the recent offerings. I still have a love/hate feeling for it but I think we hold a bit of nostalgia as it helped us through that weird dystopian time It will never touch the OG’s though

The last good cod. I stopped playing cod for years after jet packs. This game brung me back. It’s not perfect but mw 2 & 3 are disgusting. I still play this every night. I think I’m done buying cods now. I see the direction they’re headed

Prefer 2019 to the hyper future bullshit, lootboxes, broken as fuck releases, etc - however pretty sure the EOMM was slackened as they moved along to the garbage heap known as everthing that came after - broken and raised EOMM as they push harder on after market and killed the campaign story. Cold War was broken as fuck, Vanguard was straight ass (worse than ghost), WWII was "plain", MW2 was clunky with a bad campaign and a shit class perk system, MW3 picked up multiplayer slightly at the cost of shooting the campaign in the head without any new maps. And this is waiting almost months afterwards to fix their rushed broken bugs. Could've used cranked in the filter, and leave shoot the ship 24/7 for grinding. But in short - pushing the macropurchaces and making eomm worse to sell it, on top of ruining the campaign (BO4 not having one, and MW2-3 Suicided), paired with rush bugs and clear greed = the game will eventually die or have to do another sharp turn.

i still play cod 4 and its definetly my favorite cod. also i replay campaings every now and then.
I buy COD when they are cheap or on sale.
Search & Destroy on MW19 was god tier.

The ASVAL being able to pierce any and all walls was a bug. It was never supposed to do it and I remember it being a pest in HC SnD.

The campaign was the best in recent CoDs. It's no CoD4, but I loved how there were no scripted events. Level design was ALMOST like in the older CoDs.

Unfortunately, I didn't play the prime time of Call of Duty (2007-2012), so what I have to deal with today upsets me. I hope that someday in the future, Activision will get new leadership and a person who really understands the community. We just have to keep fighting and don't back down no matter what.

Yes it is the worst call of duty ever. Oversized maps no gunfire in the minimap no dead silence extremely fast TTK nothing but people camping in the back of the spawn on head glitches. Yes this game is by far the worst in the series along with mw2

It probably is the best of the Modern Warfare remakes, but that isn't saying much because I still would rather play any of the three original games. I've played CoD for about 15 years now, so some might say it's just nostalgia, but I genuinely believe that CoD is far past its prime and glory days at this point.
It is crazy to think that this game is celebrating its 5th anniversary this year and we've already gotten two sequels. The 3rd one shouldn't even exist, or at least I don't think it should've released yet. They should have spent more time with it and maybe saved it for a 2025 or 2026 release instead of releasing it only a year after the second game, and it's clear it was going to be DLC, but that's a whole another thing that I could get into. I never wasted $70 on it, thankfully.
Sbmm aside. If it had quiter footsteps it would be one of the best cods of all time. Also would need a prestige mode -traditional

I play 2019 *only* to troll people. I have *maxed out* my block list because the majority of players I have are *clones of myself* camping with shotguns and claymores or *unemployed gigasweat virgins* so it’s definitely not casual in mine unless SBMM throws me a bone.

i really enjoyed mw 2019 but i don’t have much of a say because i only played gunfight and shipment 24/7, then when those got taken away i would spend hours playing infected because its really fun on this game for some reason (probably the maps because of how overly complicated they are)
i thought the movement was butter and the ttk was perfect but the sbmm and the outage and mid maps was bad but the maps played well on snd and advanded warfare had so skins like mw19 i feel like when people hate they dont think of old cods, anyway w vid wan

It was good movement at the time, but mw3 has better movement now especially with mantling. If you go back from mw3 it will feel clunky af

@@Myselfcod Fast ttk is bad. That makes the game easier for low-skilled players. But yes, mantling was extremely slow in mw19, slide canceling was not faster, and the tac sprint was not faster. If you go back and play mw19 you will be surprised at how clunky it feels. You have to push 3 buttons every time to slide canceling in mw19, it’s clunky. In mw3, mantling is way faster, the tac sprint is faster, you slide further, slide canceling is more streamlined, and it had a higher ttk which is good. The only thing you said that was valid really was that sliding resets tac sprint, which was a broken mechanic that forced you to keep slide canceling every 2 seconds which got old and wasn’t the intended way to travel around. More tac sprint would be nice, but it shouldn’t be infinite and you shouldn’t be forced to slide cancel every 2 seconds to get around. MW3 has pretty perfect gameplay, people just remember mw19 as being better than it really was.
@@ImWithMeokay good response, well first thing, you skipped over bhop which objectively is faster than mw3’s bhop, and what about the drop shot? Objectively faster than mw3, and then the stim boost was way faster than mw3’s. And you said that it took 3 buttons to slide cancel and yeah it did but it’s you’re making it seem like the buttons were so far apart no. It was o-o-x and reset your tac sprint. But now since there is no bhop and slow drop shot everyone spams slide cancel which is just o-x? And doesn’t reset sprint. Not much a difference. So then you said slide cancel is slower and sprint is slower but there is no way I can or you can prove that it is slower other than you just saying it. Everyone says mw19 sprint and slide cancel feels faster. And you said slide cancel got boring but like I said so did mw3’s because there only is slide no sprint. At least mw19 had bhop better drop shot faster slide cancel and reset sprint and faster stim boost but yes the mantle is slower

My KD has always been atleast 1.30 on every cod. Or more. Mw3 is the first cod where my KD is 9.4. I only ever play search might I add unless I'm unlocking stuff in hardline. I think this says a lot. Mw3 is so full of sweats that its almost ruined call of duty. Imo.

@@Maxinator.09 Yeah because it uses the same engine and everything. However, mw3 is still a full game in its own right and it has a ton of new content. If it was a dlc, it would still be worth like 50$ ON TOP of already owning mw2. Instead they made it its own game for 20$ more with a full new set of maps, full new set of guns, new campaign (kinda bad), and a new zombie mode (surprisingly good). The only mw2 in this game is in the aesthetics, but that just means the game looks incredible, has great sound design, and has amazing weapon animations. In reality this should’ve been what mw2 was but it wasn’t… but it’s here now and it’s definitely a good cod with one of the best cod multiplayers ever.

The game was terrible at launch because of how bad the maps were but the game got way better with updates just like cold war, I'm still not sure what infinity ward was thinking when they made a map like Piccadilly or azhir cave or that bridge map

Snapshots were terrible recon drones should’ve been a score streak not a field upgrade there’s also a problem with blind spots in this game where people can see you but you can’t see them and absolutely biggest complain campers if you’re an aggressive player like me and like playing search this game will severely piss you off you’ll push out and take down 4 guys by yourself and get killed by the 5th guy while your teammates are camping in corners or in a building aiming down sights at nothing this game by far has the worst camping

As much as this is a controversial title you can see they put some heart into the game. The campaign is good & it the graphics look better than the recent offerings.

The last good cod. I stopped playing cod for years after jet packs. This game brung me back. It’s not perfect but mw 2 & 3 are disgusting. I still play this every night. I think I’m done buying cods now. I see the direction they’re headed

For new players but for og players or good players got spat on and walk over them in this game and mw2. Mw2019 just made the cod trending for younger generation as before they still made fat on a money so I think it was one worst of cod until vanguard and mw2 lol

Prefer 2019 to the hyper future bullshit, lootboxes, broken as fuck releases, etc - however pretty sure the EOMM was slackened as they moved along to the garbage heap known as everthing that came after - broken and raised EOMM as they push harder on after market and killed the campaign story. Cold War was broken as fuck, Vanguard was straight ass (worse than ghost), WWII was "plain", MW2 was clunky with a bad campaign and a shit class perk system, MW3 picked up multiplayer slightly at the cost of shooting the campaign in the head without any new maps. And this is waiting almost months afterwards to fix their rushed broken bugs. Could've used cranked in the filter, and leave shoot the ship 24/7 for grinding. But in short - pushing the macropurchaces and making eomm worse to sell it, on top of ruining the campaign (BO4 not having one, and MW2-3 Suicided), paired with rush bugs and clear greed = the game will eventually die or have to do another sharp turn.

CoD 2019 my favorite CoD after BO2. Its good in all aspects of the game. Gunsmith, movement, gunplay, dynamics. Campers? No s*it cap, they are everywhere. In every game. So my opinion is that CoD 2019 changed a lot in fos industry.
