Just made this tonight, i didn't have puree so i used Ragu traditional. It still came out delicious. Love all yiur recipes, have made alot so far lol ❤

One of my fav dishes with thin sliced chicken breast. Taste great with Rigatoni as well as it holds the sauce in the middle. I substitute whit onions with shallots, my preference. But great choice using white onion rather than yellow. You didnt offer me a shot of Tito’s 😩 You’re great. Lovely vibes. Buen provecho. Im going to add you on ig.

Dishes cooked with alcohol are fine for kids (if done correctly), as the alcohol itself will reduce during the cooking process. If that weren't the case, we'd all be feeling a bit boozy after eating shrimp scampi or penne vodka. The main thing is to make sure the alcohol reduces by at least half. Another way to check this is to waft as your alcohol cooks down (never try to sniff alcohol directly). By the time your sauce is sufficiently reduced, you won't be detecting any alcohol fumes.
I made your Dominican meatballs and sadly it was missing sauce I was fearful of putting more water but it came out sooooo good even then !!! And me and my boyfriend love it ! I love your videos
I made this but the ingredients said 1/2 cup of pasta water and the video while you were doing said remove 2 cups of pasta water so I added that🙁 I added too much pasta water now but let’s see how it comes out 🤣 still looks delicious so far.
