I have the 240z & recently bought the 2000GTR body thinking it would be a direct swap on the chassis but its not. What do i need to do so i can swap the body?

The bodies do swap but you may need to adjust the body mounts.

I imagine that you can wash a motor that wat only if it's waterproof

All brushed motors can be washed.
