GAWIN MO ITO SA BISTEK TAGALOG | Super Delicious Bistek Tagalog

Nagsamang alat at asim, yan ang siguradong panalo sa recipe natin today, ang Bistek Tagalog. Sobrang dali lang nitong lutuin at konting ingredients lang ang kailangan para maachieve natin ang authentic na lasa nito.
Ingredients:
1 kg pork tenderloin
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup lemon or calamansi juice
8 cloves minced garlic
1/4 tsp black peppercorns
3 tbsp cooking oil
2 big chopped white onion
+ 1/4 tsp black peppercorns
2 pcs bay leaves
1 cup water
salt to taste
