“Diaphragmatic breathing balances the autonomic nervous system” Very true. Sometimes we take breathing for granted. I stopped cardio for the past 4 years, only doing weight lifting. To my detriment, I stopped breathing properly. My stressful job causes me to breathe shallow, and I was not mindful to use my diaphragm for years. I suffered intense headaches, neck pain from inflamed occipital nerves 1st time in my life. I knew pain was not from simply muscle tightness, it was caused by a lack of oxygen and nutrients to my nerve cells. This breathing exercise saved me from quitting my job and losing out on life. Thank you 🙏 ❤
@@savesoil2933i respect Hindu because although I have seen a lot of Indian people with a reputation for being angry or excessively horny (though I know hindi is a very specific subset of the group), I have heard that the texts of the culture have an admirable focus on science and self betterment that Abrahamic texts clearly lack

we breathe poorly with the smaller side of diaphragm, it's crucial to engage this one not other one you already know how to use, it can fix your posture btw
That's very common! "Chest Breathing" We have a class on our HI-online yoga page (Also Taught by david Goddard) that teaches you how to use a sandbag to learn how to reverse back to abdominal breathing, if that's helpful to you!
@@spectacle1003Yeah the whole system is set to fuck up our natural state, we should always be very naturally flexible thru this breathing + it activates the subconscious mind and intelligence most people lack. School teaches to use one brain and causes severe imbalances in the body. Etc etc.

When I breathe by expanding my abdomen, I feel like my chest is not doing any work, and viceversa. How can I truly breathe by expanding both of them?
It opens the whole world😯😲

That mean when we breath our stomach have to go front while inhale and backword will exhale. I am correct or not please tell me?
I felt pain at my back when I breathe deep, almost fainted but I'll keep on trying because the pain was gone after 10 deep breaths
Why is breathing wrong so common when it is our natural state ????
Because you’ve gotten so accustomed to breathing incorrectly
School, sitting for long periods of time made us change how we breathe without realizing it
