As you know I’ve experienced this opp a few times, last one 2022, I was told it’s major surgery and not to be taken lightly. I said after the 2017 opp never again because the pain was indescribable but there came a time I had to give in. So so good you’ve shared your journey, I’m glad it’s done and everyday you will get a step closer to the end of your recovery. You have done bloody amazing. Xx

Hope you feel better soon elle,my heart goes out to you I had a major hernia operation and the recovery from it was awful 4ths it took me to feel better I know the pain is horrific but gets better and you feel so much like yourself again once everything's healed,so glad for you.xx❤️❤️

I have 2nd stage prolapse after my 1st natural birth. I was completely numb from the epidural and could not control the strength of the pushing, yet obviously was doing it as hard as I could. I feel the midwives don’t care about the prolapse aspect. In their view, as long as the baby comes out. It’s all good. Now I technically need revision surgery, which could have been avoided had they stitched me up well the first time. NHS is just not great for women’s health. In France, it is paid a lot more attention it deserves

I had a reversal 3yrs ago and had morphine and was so so sick from it I couldn't control it and was very embarrassing xx

Good luck with it, i have 2 prolapses :( luckily mild at the mo but i expect them to get worse at some point urgh. Fun, fun, fun being a woman huh. I also had to have corrective surgery a few months after having my 2nd vaginal delivery the midwife had stitched me up incorrectly.

I give you credit for sharing your story. You should have had a C-section. My son was stuck and I had an Emergency C-section. I also, bleed to death and I was revived.i hope your surgery goes well.
