What smart home automations are you running in your smart home? Let me know below!
Love that desk automation Bearded One!
Thank you, it is definitely one of my favorite automations I've come up with!
Definitely best idea ever!!
Another great video! That desk automation is very clever
Glad you liked it!
Informative video! Thanks for taking the #EnergyChallenge.
Hey, I enjoy watching your videos! Are you in audea btw?
I'm glad to hear you like my videos! I am not
Isnât Webcore going away on Sept. 30 with the Edge conversion? I hope not, but latest comments on Smartthings Community indicate that no developer has opted to take on Webcore after conversion. Anyways, great ideas.
I believe the new date is October 15th now and device migrations starting on September 30th (unless something is being worked on that isn't announced but I doubt it). To stick with webCoRE, you will have to switchover to Hubitat which has a branch being maintained there. You can export pistons from the ST webCoRE instance and import into the hubitat instance and then reattach devices to the piston. I'm trying to decide if its time to switchover to hubitat, HA, or maybe look into sharptools (yearly cost).
@@BeardedTechGuy I have always been a big fan of you and your videos. I too am contemplating a move to HA or integration of sharptools. That would be a great youtube series for you to embark on. Alot of people will be in the same boat and eager to watch your step by step guidance of making a change away from webCoRE and possibl ST all together!
@@Farmercist1 I'm glad you still like my videos! :)
I am still trying to figure out what the heck my plan is to deal with Groovy going away (I know I'm running out of time fast lol) but once I figure that out I have a few ideas I'd like to do video wise! I really like my getting to know webCoRE series and would like to either continue it (hubitat maybe???) or find something similar to start a new one with. Thank you for all of the support!
@@Farmercist1 For the time being looks like I'll be using sharptools. I just published a video going over what I learned if you are interested in checking it out! czcams.com/video/o9b72Y68QeM/video.html
