I would suggest you to try going to take a programming language classes for c/c++ from any local computer institute and if you feel you can do it then go for mca

No. MCA in regular colleges is bad we can say. Don't leave your job.
Instead pursue a distance degree in MCA parallel with your job, or if you don't like this, best is to prepare for NIMCET or any state level MCA exam.
