Also, the Scharnhorst player would've been good to launch his fighter (since his cruiser teammate hadn't) when rounding the N.E. corner of the island. This could've alerted him to those other ships, versus going full steam into an ambush situation.

Yaaa with the Akatsuki you nead to treat the game like you have 100 hp. first i normaly coast the edges of the map in the first 5 min or untill every one is spotted the only fear you should have with a Akatsuki is getting spoted withing the first 3 min by another DD you just nead to work into getting behind the other teams line.

What's the main difference between the Myoko and Mogami? I'm considering purchasing the Mogami but 18 million seems a lot when it's main battery is the same... FYI I love the Myoko!
The Mogami has much better turret traverse, but has a citadel that punishes pretty hard if you get shot in the broadside. I'm general if you like the myoko then I consider the mogami to be a step up

Just got hooked with Legends and have learned a ton of things from your vids. Just a question. Ain't destroyers really OP? There was this battle the other day where my team had two mid damaged BBs (both Queen Elisabeths) and the other team had just a broken Jarvis. We only won cause he made two silly mistakes. He was constantly firing torps beyond out lousy detection range, which is both non realistic and ruining the game. IMHO, they have to either extend the BB detection range or limit the amount of torps the DDs are carrying.
Play 100 games with DDs and you'll quickly find out they aren't OP at all. It's the hardest class to play well in my opinion. If nobody on your team is willing to shoot at them, then yes, they will whipe you out
Also folks need to check the roster not only for ships, but players. Check who you’re playing against...
See if anyone on your team has screwed you over in the past, the look for opportunities to return the favor 😂
Can this game be played fully and unlock everything with just playing or you have purchases things In order to advance?
How do you level up so rapidly?
You can get all the ships tiers 1-7 unlocked for free. There are premium ships that you can buy, but those aren't necessary. Playing the game is how to level up, and the better you do the quicker it goes

I've got a few tier 6s, not far off getting a 7, and I haven't paid a penny. I played World of Tanks and spent money on that so I am planning to not spend anything on Warships. There will be people with all the tier 7s who haven't paid anything, it's all about how much time you have to grind XP and silver which you earn every game.
We learn more from average Joe's games than a unicum game.
Yeah that's why I ask for average games for these replays, so there's plenty to check out and try to improve

@@Zapranoth-lf8nt if you're on PS4 you can use the share button after the game ends and it will save, then you can upload to CZcams and I can use that
@@TbullGaming ...xbox...my sons went that way years ago, then said "hey Dad, you should get your own, so we can platoon in World of Tanks"...lots of money later, and the rest is history...
@@Zapranoth-lf8nt I think you can only record 10 minutes at a time unless you have external storage on Xbox, but I'm not 100% sure about that

@tbull - PS4 store has the Iwaki for $14 now as well as a bunch of other stuff. If wargaming had ANY sense they would put all ship at $15-$20 and sell a boatload of them.

Is it just me or are the japanese in general kinda unprecise i mean im having some issues with the nagato actualy hitting like 1 bullet out of a full salvo -.-
Nagato isn't the most accurate ship. Fuso and Amagi tend to have tighter groupings

Did you watch these before you commented on them? If not, maybe do so, just so you’re more exact and not seeming as random or like you’re commentating live. Just my opinion, still pretty good though. Lol 🤙
I just scanned through them to make sure they were competitive z but I'd rather watch them "live" and react as it unfolds
Mogami - Played it like a new Orleans with torps. Good player, just needs to adapt to Mogami play style.
Akatsuki - Not much thinking happening in that game.
Scharnhorst - Full speed not always best speed. Like how you shoot, snappy, instead of ADS for 30 secs between reloads.
I dont feel comfy saying this,,,, but tbh all the 3 matches werent that great,,,, all three players made foolish mistakes ,,,,, kinda acting like noobs
Me being a tier 6 player thought that they could have made better decisions
All the three matches had good oportunities, but the problem was that they didnt take proper advantage of the positions they were in
The whole point is to check out average games that have things to learn from. Lots of people submitted videos that were high scores or Krakens, and those aren't going to be used.

Don't need cash just grind hard and make sure you are getting items from weekly missions..d;)))
1st replay in Mogami
1) you were too passive, camping behind an island allowed your enemys to take initiative and cross on to your side of the map in numbers for a moment you had an attention of 4 ships and you shouldn't be commited to either flank for too long. The most important area on the map is always around center. Staying there allows you to respond to any threat rather quickly. If you had to help your team over A which is on the other side of the map you simply would not get there on time.
2) Like Tbull said pay more attention to ammo type which is critical. I personally would surely score multiple citadels on both myoko and atlanta when they were sailing broadside to your ship and when you see a DD you should instantly switch to HE, don't waste time in torps IJN HE should kill any DD in two maybe max three full salvos at that range.
3) idk why people put so much faith in torps, I ve faced so many cruisers who allowed me to kill them by exposing broad side in attempt to launch torps. Any decent player will either turn on sonar and evade your torps with ease or just turn his ship/slow down if sonar is on cooldown. Oh and don't forget that ship based plane can spot torps as well if it's in the air and flies above them.
4) look how close to you was that nagato in the final stages of your battle. It happend because you were not mobile. As a cruiser keep your distance, the closer he gets the easier it becomes for him to nuke you. In my opinion you were very lucky that no one has scored some serious damage on your ship with a single salvo.
5) like Tbull said be a team player use consumables. Spotter plane would keep that nagato spotted so other people could fire at him this is especially useful against more stealthy ships like DDs.
