I have one question, if I add leg weights to this do you think I'll bulk up my thighs? I am a pear shape and don't want bigger thighs just more toned :)
I really don’t think so…it takes a very specific diet and very heavy weight bearing exercises to really “bulk up.” 👍🏼

As I always say…as long as you are always striving to get your longest legs possible, that’s all that matters! So if you have to bend them slightly, that’s okay. 👍🏼

Hi Desiree! Thank you for that workout, I really enjoyed it. I do have a question. I have purchased two yoga mats and my feet just don’t grip. Granted, I don’t think the quality is very good. Do you have recommendations of where to purchase a mat that would be better quality, especially since I’m using it everyday now?
