    Yes! Did it! Loved it! Loved how you divided the lesson into two sections and we worked one leg to the extent of our limit before changing it to the other side! It was a challenge but I loved it!

    Love those behind the body inner and outer toe/knee exercises especially! I've been doing them for years and it's great to see them in a session hosted by you. I'm so glad that my left hip has somehow healed itself enough that I can do these exercises!!

    I have one question, if I add leg weights to this do you think I'll bulk up my thighs? I am a pear shape and don't want bigger thighs just more toned :)

      I really don’t think so…it takes a very specific diet and very heavy weight bearing exercises to really “bulk up.” 👍🏼

    Hi Desiree! Thank you for that workout, I really enjoyed it. I do have a question. I have purchased two yoga mats and my feet just don’t grip. Granted, I don’t think the quality is very good. Do you have recommendations of where to purchase a mat that would be better quality, especially since I’m using it everyday now?
