Mauritian Special Chicken Fried Rice

Your Wok was not hot enough. You are supposed to preheat the wok at the highest température and then coat it with oil. and it it is when it is smoky that we can start to stir-fry. This is the real chinese way to have a delicious fried rice. But to not forget to open the windows it is part of the recipe.
